Capes using banners?

A long time ago, I made a suggestion regarding capes, using banners , so you could customize them. I didn't have a forms account, so I asked some guy named sportsfan or something. It was accepted for trello, however it suddenly dissapeared one day. Idk, I'm not a staff member.

Anyway since Meep was attacked by the fat lady named EULA, I thought that this would be a good time to bring that perk to staffs attention, if it is possible to do this.

I'm gonna move this to denied for this reason. We just cant, I'm sorry, I'd +1 but I'd prefer having an alive server over having a cape.
