Denied CE Ban Appeal

Hey it's creepy i was banned 5 days for double posting yeah im sorry but i rather think a 2 day ban is in favor thanks.

 

Yeah a new helper shouldnt ban 2+ days for that kinda stuff, more like a 1 day ban but i'll accept a 2 day ban
I think i shouldnt even be banned but whatever

Why we should consider your appeal:
Heh, kay. So let me start out with saying DevilSpawn112 First tried to deny the appeal without even telling me the correct format. Second, I was chatting in the shout about some very important matters, and other noobs were spamming the chat, so i did this:
example: [SHOUT] CreepyEndermen: I need a mod
example: [SHOUT] BirdVarv: Selling God apples
example: [SHOUT] I need a mod
I typed the double after 2-3 seconds, because i waited and it was important. I have no freaking idea where you get 4th offense from. I don't think this is worth a ban nearly a week, I was not warned and I do not think this is the proper banning without a warning..?? I personally have to blame DevilSpawn here, for being careless and warning me in shout, while 200 players are online and 60% are active in the meep regular hour of chat spam, as I honestly promise you I did not hear any warnings. I do believe i double spammed twice, but they were 20 minutes apart and were different messages and like i said before, i waited 3 seconds before i doubled posted. Does not have to do anything with his ban, but a reason to ban him a little longer.
