Accepted Count_Drewku - Ban Appeal

When you were banned: I was banned five minutes ago or so

Reason for ban: Ads

Ban Length: 7 days

Staff member who issued ban: No idea

Why we should consider your appeal: I just re-bought minecraft thirty minutes ago and was looking for a minecraft towny server to join. I got on the server and took a few minutes to get oriented. I went to a town and told him that a year or so ago I had been on another town server(I did not name the server and it has been shut down since I played on it). After I denied his request for me to join his town I logged off and went to vote for meepcraft. After I voted I attempted to rejoin the server and I had received a seven day ban. I do not understand why I was banned for advertising when I did not advertise any servers. The only reason I am trying to appeal this ban is because, from the ten minutes I had been on the server, I liked what I saw. I would sincerely appreciate some leniency from whatever it is I did and or an explanation of what I did wrong. Thank you for your time.

Hey there, advertising and/or mentioning another server is a serious offence on Meepcraft. Normally this would be a permanent ban, but it will stay as only a 7 day because of the context of the situation.
