Introduction: Hello! Many of you might know me and many may not! I am crazysponge4464. I live in the USA and i LOVE basketball and track/swimming! I have been on Meepcraft for about a year and a half and on forums for about 6 months. I love to help people and I do a whole lot of community service around my town from picking up trash on the sides of roads or to helping the elderly. I have been watching and observing the staff ever since i joined Meepcraft in 2012. They have just done a Incredible job of watching and observing Meepcraft to ensure that Meepcraft remains a Fun and Safe server. I have decided to try and help them ever since. I have helped people with problems. I have had a bit of practice of being a helper as i have been a Head admin and Co-Owner on a couple of other servers. I try to know and relate to players.

Why you should be Helper/Mod/Supermod ?
I have tried my best to help the Meepcraft community so far and i would LOVE to help some more! I can keep my attitude cool even when people are acting mean torwards me. I have many reasons why I should be a Helper on Meepcraft,

Experience- I have been a Meepcraft member since 2012. When i first joined i was just another one of those unranked players that nobody listened too. Since that, I started to speak out. I have learned much from my experiences on Meepcraft and I want to put them to the Ultimate test, Helper. I love too help people and i would like to express that feeling as i have been doing on a couple of other servers.

Work Ethic- I always work hard no matter what. To be honest, I'm a overachiever. I meet my goal every time and try to go high above it.

Dedication- I have dedicated myself to Meepcraft. Ever since i joined it has been the only server i play on. This is because Meepcraft has such a good community. It was simply amazing to me to be able to be part of the Meepcraft community!

Involvement- If someone needs help, I give them help if the situation is understandable. I engage in conversation and try to make everyone laugh. At the same time i am serious, I don't treat Meepcraft like a game. I treat it like a job.

Performance- Now, I will admit that I try to impress people. But there are some good things about that. It requires you to work hard and try your best at everything. I try to use my maximum performance while dealing with situations.


Justification- If someone doesn`t understand what i`m trying to tell them or do, I try to explain in the best way possible and really get them to know what i am saying.


Weaknesses:I do not have many but i do have a couple.

I tend to engage in conversations that aren`t my own. When somebody is arguing about something, I tend to explain my knowledge of the subject they are talking about. I always engage in conversation about Religion and Politics. I have been working on that and i try to stay out of conversations that ren`t my own.

I tend to get confused a lot- Sometimes, we get confused. This happens to all of us. This is critical on me party because i have ADD (Attention Deficit Disorder). ADD makes it hard for me to listen and sometimes i miss out on some comments and don't analyze them or pay attention to them. I have been working on this and my ADD has gotten better for me over the past few years. I have managed to get straight A`s every year. My strongest subject is Grammar

Conclusion:I think that i have improved since my last application. I have been active on forums as i was New Member when i made my last application and Active member now. Please, I ask you to not dislike me because of my age. Honestly, I am one of the most Mature 12 year old`s that i know. I must wrap this application up now! Thank you for your time and consideration!

+0.5 You had a great app however I have never seen you on TeamSpeak. Forums activity is good and I have had a few good experiences in game with you. I have also seen alot of improvement from you, from your last application, but try and work on TeamSpeak.

 

Ive never seen you on ts but I'm sure you can change that. You're a good kid and from what I've seen you are mature. So I'm gonna +1 with the advice that you help some more in shout good luck.

I don't feel that you wrote a particularly engaging application. Your entire "Why" section was basically you saying you love to help, you enjoying helping and that you love to help some more. That's not a particularly substantial reason as to why you should be promoted to staff. Do you have any real world experience that has similarities to being a staff member? Talk about those, they'd make for a more compelling application.

I've also not noticed you in game or on ts. That may just be down to time zones and things like that, so I personally don't take too much out of that.

I don't know how much self-evaluation went into your weakness section either. You quoted you often engage in conversations you feel you shouldn't, and that you have a learning disability. I can certainly see how one of those things can be perceived to be a weakness, but where's the evaluation of your character? Looking at myself, I know that I am stubborn, and I know what effects this may have in a wider context. You said, and I quote:

Everybody has weaknesses. But it's being able to identify your weaknesses and know how to try and work around them or with them in a positive way that builds character.

Overall, I'm a -1 for now. But I think you could easily change that negative sign into a positive one in the future. Best of luck.
