Creative plots suggestion

So my plot is kinda surrounded by people who have been inactive for 34+ days. It's a little annoying because I really want to expand my plot however those plots are claimed by inactive people, and they are also pretty much empty. Can we have a rule so if you are very inactive like 34 days+ you lose your plot or something? Especially if there's nothing on it because there's some people who just want to build and there's things stopping them to.

also there are people who just claim plots in creative like outside the creative spawn but dont even build on it.... >.>

Or, as another idea, the ability to move your plots entirely to a new place so it's away from these inactive places.

Also, don't treat me badly if this is a bad solution, I don't use creative plots much.

I think the server would load both chunk locations then copy and paste, (like with the /clone command, but more powerful because it loads chunks).

Anyway, yeah, I use Creative sometimes, mainly for Parkour practice and Redstone. But if I could expand my plots to the empty ones around, that would be awesome! Good suggestion, will be very helpful. +1
