Being a frequent user of /ast, I always notice how when you left click an item it switches the inventory items in your hotbar.

I was thinking we could add a command (/cycleinv or /cycle) that would do this same item-cycling action but with your actual inventory. this would be a nice cosmetic perk that should be EULA compliant as i don't see any real economic advantage you gain from having it.

This could be limited to people of a certain rank or above and could encourage people to donate.

With the amount of time it takes me to do /cycle I could just move the item I needed to my hotbar...

Its cool to see you posting suggestions! However I do not see this being to useful. Personally I dont like how it cycles in /ast

maybe you could organize it so you have different hot bar presets? like one for PvP, one for exploring one for building.etc

Hmm what if it was a toggle able thing so if you type it and left/right click (not on a block/mob) it cycles. If you type it again it stops this.

could the up/down arrows work for this? I can't remember if they're already used for something or not...

No but that would require a plugin of sorts.

they could probably just modify or copy the bits from the /ast plugin/code and maybe package it with the donor perks plugin or whatever they have managing that...

Yes, they could but doing what I said about a plugin would require them to mess around with minecraft's core functions. I don't think techs want to do that.

I personally think this would be a neat addition; as I face the problem of having an unorganized inventory when doing things such as mining or building. This does not give any major advantages and would purely be used for convenience. Additionally, considering that this has already been implemented with /astools, I assume that this would not be too difficult to add.

    This is an interesting idea.

At this point, trello is so outdated/cluttered that I don't believe it's worth following anymore. Plus, when was the last time something major was implemented into the server?

While this is very cool there are bigger fish to fry, so to speak. Thanks for the suggestion but this is denied.
