When you were banned: um i think 5th of septermber

Why were you banned? illegal change of taxes (also i dont think you should have a character limit for the next 2 boxes)

Why we should consider your appeal: because i love meepcraft and i have only played minecraft once or twice after this ban. I love meepcraft so much i allways played it when i could . i have learnt from my mistakes and regret my decison

Please give any other information you might think is useful for us to know: i wish i never put the taxes up without warning i should of knowen better as i knew that rule i dont know what i was thinking. the reason it was perm was my ban history and i regret all that aswell.

Last time I talked to you, you had a mental breakdown where you was swearing in global and calling people names. Then 2 weeks later you changed taxes in your town without a warning which cost people a lot of money and created a lot of work for staff. Your banhistory is not great either, why should we trust you when you have such a long ban history? How do we know that you will not just come back to the server and then 2-4 weeks later you get another one of your breakdowns, or feel like doing something stupid again?
