Farm Plot

Ok, I'm back. Yes, two suggestions in one day.

So, this is a suggestion so that we can toggle a farm plot.

Yes I know that there is (was) a plot type. But it no longer works. So here's what I say.

We either fix the old one,or make a new one.

If you don't know what this is, it is basically a plot type (/plot set) where you can break and replace wood and crops. And before you say it, no, it is not easier to just set build and destroy perm on, because then they can destroy everything on that plot.

So, either re-add /plot set wilds or add /plot set farm

Either one is good, I just want to have a safe public farm​

This would really help with those public /pwarp and town farms for cash.

I have a large private farm I'd love to eventually turn into a resident farm, except there's no chance it doesn't get trashed under current perm structures. If people could break/place crops without breaking/placing other blocks, that'd be a big win for my residents.
