I am selling a nice medieval town spawn! It has a good lanscape and has no nearby towns using /towny map!

Yeah, I didn't build this. I just saw it in wild then decided to sell it. This is awesome!

 

What happens when the person who owns it comes back. I had taken an extended break from meepcraft about 7 months ago, just returning this past week, and I no longer have the elite rank I had and my town is gone and my inventory is empty (along with meebles gone and ender chest empty). I was pretty pissed off but I guess people are working on it that's what Deinen (I think that'that's how your spell it, no offense) had said on an earlier message. But my house and town is owned by someone else now and it really sucks, and I'm thinking I never should have returned to this server if this is what I get for paying $80.

Maybe you lost your rank for chargingback?

It is your responsiblity on being a mayor. If you lost your town and it fell, It's your fault. You shouldn't buy a town and just get inactive. Just saying no offense.

 

IF you're inactive for 60 days your account is wiped.
For the elite rank, if there's a chargeback you may have to pay a fee. if you have the receipt post it in donation help.

 

Just to clarify, I found this. Me and Bacon need the money for funding.

The claimed plots are in my town. If you want to buy it, you'll need to contact me.

Wasn't my town I was just an assistant. But I have looked on my pay pal for a chargeback and not seeing one.

It does look really good. A little to dull to be honest. By this I mean its all just one color, for a spawn it should be vibrant and color full, something that will grab someone's attention. But all and all I'd say its worth more and no less than 300k : - )

 

Was sold for 225k.
