Introduction:

Hello Meepcraft! I am Bob4444444.

I participate in lots of activities outside of Meepcraft, and outside of just the general playing of video games.

I have played piano for a long time now, and I still play the piano today and take lessons. I play some sports; such as golf, basketball, etc. I used to be involved in a robotics league (FTC), but our journey ended after we did not advance from the state finals. We one the Inspire Award at our first competition, which was a great honor for our team to receive (the Inspire Award is pretty much the first place award). Now that high school is approaching for me, I can no longer do the robotics team.

As I said in my last paragraph, I am going to high school in September, so I will have a lot of work to do, but I will still make time to have a good activity on the server. I strive to be a high honors student, but at the same time I will do as much staff work as I can do when I get the chance.

As I stated in the beginning of my application, I have been playing Meepcraft since August 19th, 2013 and being here so long has really made me very attached to the server and its community. I have been staff two times on here, so I have plenty of experience with being staff here on MeepCraft.

I am also a Co-Mayor in GingerManOWNS' town in Alpha (Butterland) and I run my own town (Port Charles) in Beta. In Butterland and Port Charles, I strive to help the new players of Meepcraft as much as possible, and try to help the town whenever I can. Even though I have a big responsibility of being co-mayor in Butterland and owning Port Charles, I will put my staff work first.

In this long journey of playing Meepcraft, I have made an incredible amount of friends, done so many things here that I can never forget, and I have enjoyed so much of this journey, both the good and bad times. I am now applying for staff, hoping a third shot at this. I hope, even after all that has happened, to get the opportunity to rejoin the Meepcraft Staff Team for a third time.

Why you should be Helper? (What are your strengths?)

Activity- Now that I am now out of school, I am a lot more active than before. I'm on whenever I can be on and it's never just a five minute visit. I am on for hours and hours everyday, and I have a lot of time to dedicate to Meepcraft. Due to me being very active on the server, I will have a lot of time to do my job as a staff member and serve the community. I have access to the forums almost all the time, and the same with Teamspeak, so I am very active on those two aspects. Once again, I am out of school now, so my ingame activity is very high too. I have the time to be a staff member, and my activity will make me a great staff member.

Dedication- I have been playing Meepcraft for almost two years now, and I haven't stopped. I love Meepcraft, and I don't plan to leave it anytime soon. Meepcraft is like a second family to me, and I dedicate my time to my family. I don't just dedicate my time to Meepcraft; I dedicate myself to Meepcraft. I give Meepcraft my love, and to all its players. Meepcraft means a lot to me, and so I am very dedicated to it and the community. My number one goal being dedicated to Meepcraft is to try to get people to love the server, and to make them feel like this is a home, like I do. Being so dedicated to the server, I feel that this will help me be a great staff member.

Involvement- I am very involved with the community. I am on the forums all the time; looking at what's going on, seeing what people are talking about, and especially having fun with the community. I love talking in shout, and when I'm not doing anything ingame, I do it a lot. I love the community, and being involved is such a great thing I get to do. I love talking to people on Teamspeak. Even though my Teamspeak activity isn't as great as it has been in the past, I am on Teamspeak a lot, and when I am talking to people, it is a blast. I can't say that I don't go AFK on Teamspeak when I'm on, because I do a lot. But, I will be sure to be talking to more people. Finally, I love the forums. I love being involved on the forums, where a lot of stuff happens. Even though I don't post a lot, or "spam" the forums, I am always looking at threads and trying to be as involved as I can. My involvement within the community will make me a great staff member.

Work Ethic- Whenever I work on something, I strive to get it finished. Over the past few weeks, I've been making lots of plots for my town. I don't just make one then log off, or work halfway through one then stop. I finish what I started. Also, I don't just do what is expected of me. Last time as staff, and even the first time, I never just did the average ten modreqs a day. I always tried to go above and beyond and do as many modreqs as possible. I had the most modreqs out of everyone at one point. But, you may be thinking, "Quality not Quantity." When I did modreqs, I tried to do them as great as I could. I stayed with the player until I knew for sure the situation was taken care of. The player always came first, and I would work to the end to get that player happy and staying here on Meepcraft.

Experience- I have been staff twice on Meepcraft; helper twice and moderator once. Over the past two times I've been staff, I've learned a lot about the helper position, and just what to do and what to know as a staff member. From /kick to the most complicated Prism commands, I learned them all. Even after five months of not being staff, I still remember how to do it. I know how the system works, and pretty much how to be a staff member. Last time I got staff I was added to staff chat and that was it. I was able to train myself, and now that I've been helper twice, I can definitely handle it a third time. My experience with the helper position will surely make me a stronger helper, and a greater candidate.

What are your weaknesses?

Immaturity- Even though this is less of a weakness than it used to be, I am still immature at times, and this is my main weakness. Over the past times I have been staff, I've learned to control my maturity more and more. Now, being older, my maturity has increased and I will have more control when I am immature and when I'm not. I've learned over the past year when I can be immature and when I cannot. I've reflected upon all the mistakes I've made being immature, and now I feel that this weakness won't majorly affect my role as staff.

Self-Control- Sometimes as staff, I didn't have control over myself, and did stupid things, which led to my last demotion. As I said above, I am now older and more mature, so I have more control over myself. Sometimes I wasn't the person I was supposed to be as a staff member, and I made all sorts of mistakes because of this weakness. But I have learned from all my mistakes and reflected on them, and now I feel I've conquered this weakness for the most part, and now I feel confident that this won't affect me if I were to become staff again.

Not Thinking/Ban Happy- Last time I was staff, I was very ban happy when I started off. I would just jump to conclusions without thinking and ban. I wouldn't think before acting, and that lead to my downfall. But, my biggest issue was being ban happy. I wouldn't talk to the player first, I would just ban. Ban, ban, and ban. But, Deinen talked to me about this issue and alerted me of this. After that, I would never just ban without thinking, or do anything else without thinking. I would take time and not jump to conclusions. As I've said for my other weaknesses, I've reflected upon these mistakes and I've learned from them. Now, I feel that I have conquered this weakness greatly and won't majorly, if at all, affect my staff work.

My Previous Demotion- All the information about that you can find here. I have learned a lot since my demotion, and I've reflected upon it. I've done some pretty stupid stuff in my past, but now, I am an age older, more mature, and now capable of handling a situation like this without anything bad happening. Issues I had as staff last time:

Being separated from the team- Danwoods5, GingerManOWNS and I were very good friends last time as staff. When we were together, we would isolate ourselves from the team and do stupid things, which I greatly regret doing. Because of this I was denied for my moderator position. But I've had a talk with Castroifyer, and he addressed this issue to me. The staff team is now a team, all one. No groups, or "cliques" as he said, but one, individual team. I know now that what I did was wrong. Now since I am aware of this, I won't make the same mistake, and if accepted, I will be one with the staff team.

Not being a good example as a staff member- As a staff member, you are supposed to be a role model for all people on the server. If you look back at some of my forum posts, you'll see that I was very professional. But sometimes, I wasn't who I was supposed to be. I would do stupid, dumb, and immature things, but especially not be the role model I was supposed to be. Now I have learned from my mistakes, and I have learned to control my mistakes and keep whatever that I'm not supposed to do inside me.
