Let me reiterate what ten people have told you people already.

Landonator was accepted for interview. He has now been denied. Are you happy? Can we stop with the stupid excuse now? Please? Thanks.

I'd like to mention that your guys' excuse that since people who have been immature in the past are accepted, everyone should be. Sorry if this is surprising, but I'd rather have a slightly immature staff member than one who goes out of their way to be rude to someone, like for example, Chaase here.

This brings me nicely into actually being on topic, so I'll get right into it.

Chaase, I think you have the ability to be a kind person, and I think you could easily make a good Helper in the future. I've seen a side of you that I think few people do, which is unfortunate, because I like that person. However, I've seen you far too many times be unnecessarily rude and just plain mean to allow me to trust you to take care of new players on your own. Not only is Helper a role model position, it also leaves you dealing with potentially annoying people each and every day, which can leave you burned out. I have seen you far to quick to let your temper take over, and that makes me hesitant to want you to be a staff member right now.

But seriously, if landon gets a shot why shouldn't chaase? IMO (Biased) he would do better than landonator but he was accepted.

 

To reword it, I would much rather have someone who is immature than someone who actually hurts people.
