Introduction: Hello my name is Chris I'm 20 years old. I have been out of school for about 2 years and 3 months now .I was not the smartest person in my grade but i got my work in and did my best.One of the things i was good at was fixing computers.I always made friends very easily.

Why should you be Helper? I think I should be a helper because ive never done it before and its always good to try something new.I am getting ask a lot if i'm going to apply again for helper .

What are your weaknesses? One of my weaknesses are that i get very angry well only playing parkour when i keep falling.

Yeah this was very weak application. You're 20, you should be able to make a lot longer application with more details, and less grammatical errors. I just checked your forums activity and its kinda…low. You have only made two threads(This and other one), which another was all on caps by its title.
I have a feeling you're not ready for this, since its your friends who want you to be Staff member, not you. App was lacking a lot, I do not see you helping in global chat, and overall your forums activity isn't the best. I am on -1.

You haven't really improved from your last app. I feel like I've seen you less after your last app. I've also not even seen you once on TeamSpeak in the past two weeks. The app was below par for someone that is 20.

You are 20 years old, I'm sure you can write a better application...

 

This application was poorly written and from your previous one, you haven't improved whatsoever. An average 20-year-old could've written this MUCH better.
I will also be taking parts from your previous application and putting it into this post.

This intro was basically a quick, sloppy paragraph about what you've been doing recently. You didn't give us any info about what your hobbies are, what classes you used to take, etc. And the grammar, spelling, and whatnot was poorly used as well here.
And your PREVIOUS intro said this:

This intro, comparing to your new one, was even more horribly typed than the one from your previous application.

Saying that you've never been helper and you think you can try it out and it's 'always good to try something new' tells me you will do a really bad job as a staff member. It's also no reason for 'Why' you should be helper. And saying that you get asked a lot if you're going to apply for helper again also doesn't tell me that you should be helper. I have already seen that you can't handle the responsibilities if you become accepted.

Your weakness section was basically "I mainly get mad when I keep falling in parkour". That is not even a real WEAKNESS, that's a PET PEEVE. I always explain what the difference is between weaknesses and pet peeves. They are not and never will be the same. Weaknesses are issues you have that also affect your life outside of Minecraft, such as Immaturity, activity, etc.

Also, you had posted a thread, with the title in FULL CAPS, that told people to post their favorite anime shows and movies. And the POST was put in full caps. This proves to me, and other players, that you are very immature and you won't be able to set an example for other players.

hi! I spoke with you in game today and you seemed very nice and cool. Other than that, I think you could be more helpful around the server and more active on forums. And as others said, putting more effort into your application really shows that you want/care about this position. -0.5 , good luck

You were on literally just today abusing the invis glitch in hunger games. Do you really think we want someone who does that on staff?

 

It doesn't matter about personal issues. People don't know about him in real life like you. Like personally. The app was really short. "I've never done it before and I think I should try it out" is NOT a real " why" reason. That surprised me. If he really wanted to become a staff then he should write at least 20 sentences. Not saying I've never done it before so I think I should try it. Pretty sure he is not a 20 years old by looking at his application. -1

 

This is not something a 20 year old would write.
You really don't help at all, and don't seem to care enough about this to try.

I am going to break down my reasons for not giving you a +1, These may seem "harsh" but it's just reality and my habit of brutal honesty.

I play consistently on this server in various times throughout the day, and can honestly say I have no idea who you are as I have never heard of you. In being at various times, day and night. I can easily say the "timezone" excuse is not a factor here.

You have abused glitches and have the distrust of the higher ups in the chain of moderator command, which in of it self is a big red flag for me as they see more than I do. While I do not take what they say at face value. Abusing a glitch for personal gain is what it is, it's just that.

You claim to be 20 years old, yet wrote the application as if you were 10 years old. At the age of "20" I would expect you to be more articulate.

You have failed to acknowledge any weaknesses in your self to such an extent that you claim that falling in parkour is a personal weakness.

If I were to list my weaknesses in the name of brutal honesty I can safely list them as such;

• Quick to anger
• Can be immature at times
• Drinks *which can frequently lead to the last two weaknesses*
• I can be considered to be "Blunt" at times, which I fully agree with. I don't like to beat around the bush or sugar coat what I tell people. And will be 100% honest with them, rather they like it or not.
• I work on call so I can be either very active or away at any given time, even when dealing with a player.
• I despise kitpvp and terrarium and rule regulated pvp with every fibre of my being. *This does not seem like a weakness at face value, but it would show that I would not appreciate being posted to help with situations involving pvp related things outside of the wild.*

The above are the kinds of weaknesses you should be listing, not the paltry one liner you put up. If I was an employer and I saw you hand me a resume in this format, I would throw it directly into the paper shredder.

Is not the place to put some .gif file from a random anime you found. It is a place to really try to convince people that you are fit for the position. You are here to get approval to be in a position of power in a community. Not just posting already available information stated previously in your application, and if that was in error. Then I will not apologize still because that is the stuff you should take care to check on.

Frankly I can go on much further into detail of why I am giving you a big fat, "no" but I think these are things you need to hear. Because if you really are 20 years old and this is how you act in real life. You will never find a job as no employer in the right state of mind looks for that.

Take this advice how ever you want, be it negative or positive. Just know that it is the cold hard truth into reality in and outside of a video game community.

Learn from this and better your self. Until you can do that. My answer will be a dead set;
