Thanks for all the replies and constructive criticisms! I will totally try and work hard on all of it!

 

You have said this on every application you have filed. Then, you never improve, get your application denied, make a new one, and the cycle continues. What will make me know that this time you will actually change except for a few days before and after you applied/are applying?

 

I have actually changed and I always keep trying to become a better man, My horibble apps on the past months, changed. 1/2 of my attitude changed. Im pretty sure that everyone that voted on my app on this application didn't read my app and never appreciated my applications before. They're referring to my past attitudes and works, not the present.

 

I dont think there was a single +1 yet...

 

Why the hell do you keep applying. You never improve, or even try. You only help a bit before, during, and a day after you application process. These denials are not getting clear to you. You need to understand that you're never getting staff. You don't have staff qualities, and you aren't willing to improve. You are all ignorant and about yourself, and you make you the priority. You don't care about the players. The things I think that you would do as staff scare me. You will never ever ever ever get staff until you change, make more mature comments, and act like an adult. I don't care if you're 12, 13, or whatever. You need to shape up, or just quit it. You don't try, and you wouldn't last a day as staff.

 

Gummi, I have to be completely unbiased meaning for now I have to put aside the fact that you are my friend

Now with that out of the way, I just don't think you are ready for staff yet. Unlike others, who have come down very harshly, here is a list of things that from my POV you need to work on for you to even have a chance at staff.

• Prove to the community that you really have matured, meaning not being banned for a few months and not having other players report you.
• Interact with players on global chat more frequently.
• Instead of focusing on the enormous projects you seem to bight, help new players or other players in general, be it IG or on the forums.
• Don't be frustrated to easily when other players do not understand something instantly and practice patience!

Anyways, I think your a fun person! But overall, you need to improve on the things listed above and most importantly try to grow in maturity

I can personally vouch for this, as gummi has came to me multiple times for help, something that I greatly respect, even if I think more time is needed.

 

I will also vouch for this. I have personally seen Gummi helping other players IG :^)
