Introduction: Hello there. My name is Landon; however, most of you guys call me Land, Lando and Landonator. I am twelve years old, in the seventh grade, and live in the United States of America.

I enjoy playing sports and I am currently playing baseball and basketball. I am starting my seventh season of baseball this season. For basketball, this is my seventh season. I help coach my brothers high schools baseball camps. I will go their at 6:00am-4:00pm. The camp does not start till 8:00 but we rake the field, put the fences up, and get the stations ready. Then when the people show up we teach them new tactics. We only do this for 5 days in the summer sometimes more. For basketball, I call the plays, so it sort of makes me like the 'captain' of the team.

In school, I am an honors student for both Language Arts/English and Mathematics. I take Spanish which is a High School level class and plan on taking Spanish two in Eighth grade.

Why you should be Helper? Experience:
I have had no experience as a staff member in Minecraft. I hope to be able to start my experience as a staff member here at Meepcraft. I hope to be able to expand my knowledge here at Meepcraft. I want to be a staff member here at Meepcraft since Meepcraft is another/second home for me. A lot of people have helped me and I just want to make sure people get help to. One of the most major aspects for a staff member is to know the rules and commands. Of course, I do not know all the commands; however, I do know some of the important commands. So in my 2 years of playing Meepcraft, I feel like I have gained knowledge for becoming a staff member.

Work Ethic:
In my opinion, I believe I am a hard worker and a problem solver. I always try to do my best in school, sports projects, etc. In my opinion, I think you need to try your best in what you do and be proud of your work. It is very important not to give up on something and keep trying over and over again until you succeed.

When working alone, I usually think of an efficient way of doing something but still be correct. I like to evaluate everything and how it will work. If I do not think it will work, I like to change my design/plan and try over and over again.

When working in groups, I like to have everyone's opinion so they don't feel excluded. I always make sure the plan/idea that we are going to be using is good and everyone agree's with it. I am not one of those people that sit around waiting for someone to finish the project. If someone doesn't know how to do something like using a scroll saw, a drill press, etc., I will tell them what to do so they can do it.

In my opinion, I am a hard worker on Meepcraft. I always try my best to give the correct command or answer to anyone that asks me a question.

This would help as a staff member because staff members may need to work by themselves or with each other. I would always try to get the job done fast and as most accurate as possible. I would never rush and just answer someone then not respond to them if it didn't work. If something didn't work before moving on I would ask them if everything is ok, and if everything is fine then I would move on; if it didn't work I would try my best to figure it out and give them the command/answer.

Dedication:
I have been playing on Meepcraft for 1.5-2+ years. I first joined on my brothers account, Ausman10 who is now MrMagnificent in about May-June 2013. Then eventually I got my own account which is Landonator419. My longest time playing Meepcraft was twelve to fifteen hours in one day. When I am at my grandparents, which is a lot in the summer, I usually am on at 8:00am till later in the afternoon. Then I may take a break and come on later. Most of the time, if I am not on Meepcraft, I will be on the forums or Skype.

Involvement:
I like to talk to the community of Meepcraft when I am on. I enjoy helping people when they ask for help. If someone /msg's me and asks how to do a command I will tell them what the command is. If they respond saying it doesn't work, I will think of why it isn't then respond to them and say what to do. I also talk on teamspeak and am on their for a decent amount of time. I think I am a helpful person and want to help make changes to the community for the better.

Performance:
I always like helping people especially new members. If someone asks a question I always try to answer it if I see it. If someone messages me I will be surely to answer it unless my chat is off for a reason or if I am Afk. It makes me feel like a better person when I help some body.

Maturity:
I know I am not the most mature. I am trying very hard to become more mature and not get in arguments as much. It may take a little bit to become mature but I am trying my hardest. I think I have been maturing the past month or two.

Justification:
I know I am ready to be a staff member. I want to be a helper to help the community. I just want to help the new members and some of you guys!

What are your weaknesses? I am not always able to come on. There are about seven days a month I may not be able to come on. I also have baseball and basketball is just about to end. I am also going to be doing drums and may have it re-scheduled to different days if my baseball practice affects it. I will have two games a week and one practice for baseball all on different days. I will also have a decent amount of homework so some days I may be overflowed with homework and may not be able to come in game but, I could be on the forums and teamspeak.

Please give any other information you might think is useful for us to know: This is basically my last application. My last application was well written and not much has changed since then. I added some edits here and there.

•You're too immature in my opinion for the position (not on forums, but more when you're voice talking).
•You have a very young age, and most people around your age cannot handle the staff position for that long, if at all.
•You cannot come on for many days in the month. Staff needs active people right now, and you do not seem like you can fill those shoes.
•This is your last application? You're giving up? That's a bad quality for a staff member to have, and you won't make it as a staff member for a day if you give up.
•When you were an assistant in Butterland, you went inactive for a good bit, and you weren't involved in the chats, or anything. These are qualities I don't want a staff member to have.

You have not proven to me that you can be a staff member, if so a good one. You have a lot to work on, and until you do, my vote stays the same.

Edit: Also it doesn't really matter what the people argue about. It's the matter of will they get the job done. It's not really about are they popular, do people like or dislike him/her. You guys would probably like it more if you liked the person who got accepted.

I'm not going to vote but I think you made this app too soon after your interview was denied.
