When did you join Meepcraft? June 2013? Don't know exactly. Almost 3 years ago.

Introduction: Hello there. My name is Landon. However, most of you guys call me Land, Lando and Landonator. I am thirteen years old, in eighth grade, and live in the USA.
I love playing sports such as, baseball and basketball. I have played baseball for about seven years/seasons and currently am in my eighth year for basketball.

In school, I take a high school level class, Spanish two. I am on honors classes and get A's and B's on my report card.

Why should you be Helper? Experience: I have not had any real experience as a Staff member on a Minecraft server. I do however; know all the rules and commands on Meepcraft. I have been playing for 3+ years and I hope to make it longer. I wish to giveback to what staff members have done for me, and help new players that don't know their way around the server. Even though I haven't been a Staff member in Minecraft, I have sort of been a role model outside of Minecraft. Outside of Minecraft, I help people at school. We have a tutoring section for people that do not have the best grades, and I am a tutor for some of them. I also try to do the right thing all the times, and not get in trouble.

Work Ethic: I believe my work ethic is really good. I work really hard in every single project I do. In Minecraft, or outside of Minecraft.

I have done many projects, that I spend a lot of time on. I usually do not like leaving something until I reach the goal I wanted to get too. I do not give up in the middle of a project then just quit and leave. I spend lots of time working on projects I do in and outside of Meepcraft.

If I am given a project, I will get it done. I will not wait around then do it last minute. When you give me the project, I will work on it as long as I can and whenever I can. I try my hardest to get things done as fast as possible. Getting thing done faster in my eyes, relieves a lot of stress since you don't have to worry about it anymore, and you can maybe help others with a project or make your project better.

For instance, me applying for staff. I have applied so many times, I make new applications, and keep trying over and over again. This time I am going to try harder though. Im going to make changes that you guys would like to see me do. Most of my applications before, I just kept applying and didn't change, this time if I don't get accepted, Im going to try and fix it so I do or have a better chance.

Dedication:
My dedication to this server in my eyes, is pretty good. I spend hours of doing projects. Also, I have been applying almost non-stop since December 13th, 2013. I spend a lot of my time on Meepcraft. If I can't get in game, I will go on the forums. I am usually on teamspeak when I am in game. I am usually in game for 2+ hours. Some days may be a little less, depending what sport I have that day or any events. I work on projects for a long time. Like /jobs. I am a lvl 119 farmer, I am working on my woodcutter job. When I started it, I started at lvl 34, I then got to lvl 46 the same day. I worked hard to get there and spent lots of time.

Involvement: I am involved in all parts of the server. I am on the forums, in game, and teamspeak. I have Skype also. I would rank my self for being in game the most, then forums, and finally teamspeak. I am usually on all of them 1 hour a day. I try chatting with the great members of Meepcraft. I try my hardest to answer questions that I see in shout, or ones that people message me.

Strong willed: I am a very strong willed person. I usually argue a lot (Sometimes take it to far so it can be a weakness too). I usually am right, or try to be right in every single argument I get into. I am trying to stop arguing about things that are stupid and aren't worth the time to argue about it.

Justification: I know I would be a great staff member. I know, I am immature and most people don't want me as staff. I just want once chance. If I fail, I would be demoted. I know I wouldn't though and I would be the best staff member that I could be.

What are your weaknesses? Maturity: As most of you guys know, I am not the most mature person on Meepcraft. I am immature most of the times, at times I can be mature. I am working to become more mature though.

Strong willed: With me being strong willed, I have the tendency to bring arguments a little to far. I have been trying not to make them turn into something bad. I am trying to have more civil arguments now. Yes, sometimes if I get in an argument and I think the point they are arguing about and they won't even listen to what I'm saying, I may bring things a little to far. But I am trying not to.

You are extremely toxic, blatantly rude and very unhelpful. You were seriously trashing muunkee and called the staff members losers. You are extremely immature. You also said you would never reapply AND said a snappy reply to me saying I would never be helper. I have also never ever seen you try to imprpve on what they tell you too. Stop applying. Every time you log on, your presence exudes a negative aura that follows you wherever you go. I've already had the extreme displeasure of dealing with your requests as a staff member, and I must say that you were one of the primary reasons I became jaded with the staff team. Okay, now that we've gotten that out of the way...

You've become increasingly inactive since your last applications, which conveys a sense of hopelessness and desperation. Even more concerning is the fact that among the plethora of denied applications you've submitted, the comments people have left are basically the same, indicating that you never have changed.

You're frequently dishonest about your dealings with other players (yes, I found this out during a dispute between two of the most unlikable players on the server, you and The_Unkown675). You constantly skirt the rules, creating semi-legal situations that you know you can never be banned for. To you, ethical practices aren't really a concern; as long as you stay unbanned, you're good.

You withdrew 5 million meebles from bass_flow's town shortly after a rule change that decriminalized co-mayors withdrawing from towns. When I confronted you about this, you said that "it was a loan and I'll pay it back." Guess what? You never paid the money back. Huge surprise there. Your netherwart farm that you claimed players would "get rich from" caused players below LVL 50 Farmer to lose money. Guess who made the profits? Hmm, another huge surprise.

Yeah, literally everyone can say this. By this logic, we can give everyone helper if they promise "I know I would be a great staff member." Or VKL_ReWinDzZ? Why do you "want one chance? Do you actually want to help people? Or do you simply want to use your position as helper for personal gain, and as a status symbol, as your track record shows. (Don't answer these rhetorical questions; everyone knows the answer already).

LOL. You are the epitome of a smartass preteen (yeah, you haven't matured past that level yet) who makes pointless arguments for the hell of it. I don't really understand exactly why this is a strength, as you've proven time and time again that you are wrong in nearly every single argument you get into. Part of being an effective helper is being able to communicate with others in a firm yet respectful manner. You've demonstrated none of that.

You hacked and then denied it. I don't really care if you hack--many people do. But the fact that you remain dishonest about it is an excellent example of the type of behavior we've come to expect from you.

I won't even waste my time giving constructive criticism, because you've thrown the criticism on every single one of your previous applications in the trash.

By the way, with your English, I don't know where you live. Maybe you get A's and B's in 6th grade level "honors" classes, but an 8th grader can definitely write better than you can. Alternately, perhaps you just didn't put any effort into writing your application, in which case nobody can expect you to give a damn about helping people.

For the sake of my sanity, and the good of the server, never give this kid helper.

When Pmx was appealing for hacking, you constantly pointed out the wrong points of hacking and which particles were in the video. You were constantly trying to be right, and you never tried to actually stay out of the argument.

And I'm not surprised that you haven't learned to be a mature almost-14-year-old.

I think you are getting mad about the melon farm. I never told you it was stupid. I said it was an inefficient design. You kept claiming it was my design and I told you it wasn't. Also you kept lying to me, saying you didn't set a home there. That was also a few months ago. Thanks

Ask bass_flow, I paid it back. I even paid more. Me and her talked on Skype and she said it was totally fine Also, my nether wart farm didn't have to be lvl 50+. I did the calculations and you would make money. Sure, you may not make much when you are a lower level, but you are still gaining levels and money.
When did I hack? If you are talking about when I "Hacked" on meep, that was false. You could tell in the video I missed my swing and FayzePvp hit him from behind, making it look like I was using Kill-aura. In the real world not everyone is going to be talking in a respectful manner. If you want something done you have to be rough. Being dishonest with the unknown? I was never dishonest once.
The original deal was he does 20 layers for 1mil, he then said 20 for 2mil changing the deal. I then said no and he tried changing the deal around. He reported me about 10 times, each one of them denied since they had the original deal. He then told me he was done working so I told him he won't get paid and he then messed up some of the layers.

We have seen way to many of your applications I am sorry but I do not think you will ever be ready for staff you never changed from your first application to this one please stop applying.

 

After all these apps, I'm going to keep my response simple. You know what people have said and you know what you are supposed to be working on.

In order to become staff you have to actually work on these things. Your maturity, greed, and hostility are giant issues that you flat out haven't improved on.

You have to actually look like you're trying landon, because you really don't look like it.
Take two, three months, minimum, really work on your issues and attitude. Yeah, it seems like a long time, but think of it this was - I had to go through the same thing. I had to wait a really long time before I could apply again.
Just, actually work on it, because you're no longer really dedicated to this position.

Eww what even is this. So, when I made my app, you just messaged me if I actually come on, so same back to you. I have seen you like twice. The thing is, immaturity seems to be your main problem. Seriously, you have issues. If you think the attitude you have now is acceptable for staff, you clearly have something wrong.
Teamspeak? Have you heard of the program... it's where you talk to people? Have you ever used it, probably once. In the entire 3 and a half years I have played Meep, I have never seen you online once.
So, please make this your last. I don't even think I need a vote. You can interpret it from my comment.
And also, I am not going to wish you good luck because you shouldn't be allowed to use the app button

 

That right there shows you aren't staff material, These comments people leave arnt to argue, but grow off of them. And that thanks at the end sounds so sarcastic, and if its not, YOU can't joke around like that because every other time you mean it.

 

Why would trying to explain a situation make you not staff material? Is there any election/hiring process that doesn't allow someone to defend themselves if they think that they have been wrongfully shown in a bad light? I personally know that I'm not going to "grow off" a comment where someone inaccurately slanders me. I've always hated the don't reply to comments unwritten rule because in a lot of situations, it doesn't make any sense, or act as an indicator of someone's ability to be a staff member.

Now for Landon,
In my experiences with you I've found you to be a smart kid who seems to really enjoy the server, but I've also noticed that you tend to be impulsive at times. I believe that you have the ability to do the tasks required of a helper, but I worry that your impulsiveness might lead to some poor decision making. As a helper, you can do 100 things right and 1 thing very wrong, and next thing you know you're demoted. Consistency is key, and I'm not sure you've shown enough of that yet. -1
