Before I start, I don't give harsh criticism because I don't want to sound mean. You probably should take my response and take it heavily.

Your app was pretty short. It didn't tell enough about yourself and why you would be a staff member. And silliness isn't a weakness, no matter how crazy it is.
My vote is a -1 because your app didn't give me enough reason on why you should be a helper. Please work on lots of aspects that me and everyone has given you to give yourself a better shot at applying next time.

Also, forgot to add, you're on a bit too little to be a staff... an hour 30 isn't really enough to moderate fully on a server, but the hour on weekdays I can relate to because of a tyrannical mother who's obsessed with grades.

Sorry to say, but this application was not up to the standards of Helper.
Try adding more detail and emphasize on your topics.
Show us why you want to be a Helper, and what you have to offer!
I rarely see you in-game or on forums.
Expand on that as well.
My vote is a -1 for now.

I think i'm on alot IG but yeah lol I will most likely be doing forums a litttle bit more. I also don't get on alot because I work for my dad. I do school from 8-12 PM, eat lunch, get on minecraft about 1-1:30 or 2, and then from about 2-5 i work, and then after supper i play minecraft...busy schedule...I am working on app for next time i apply, which may be a while lol

I think you would make a good helper, but there are some stuff that is essential to becoming a staff member (in my opinion).
Through Meepcraft staff recruitment teamspeak is mandatory and just a great way to get out and let the community Trully know you.

Something that I love in a staff member is how they act in forums. The first dilemma is that you just need to get out there and post on some discussions and get involved. After you start participating I want to see good posts. Unbiased decisions and putting a positive end to most things gives a great impression over myself atleast.

Activity in game is a little low. And when I see you in game I don't often see you being mature in chat.

Regarding your app, it needs a bit of work.

You do not have anything voice related to allow us to know you, and you could've made up for it by making a good intro.

Use your intro to tell us about you outside of minecraft. If you deem it apropriate, tie in a story that ends leading up to your "why" section.

Why you want to be staffHere you should state qualities that you think individualize you to be a good helper and other qualities you think you have that a staff member should have. (What would make you a good staff member?) This is also the section that most people look at so try to have good sentence structure and punctuation. Some people categorize into sections such as Dedication, Activity, Friendlyness, and many other sections. Just basically make this so we know the qualities that would make you a good staff member.

Negatives/Disadvantages
This should be where you put anything you need to work on or feedback you got from a previous app/person. Anything that you worked on after getting feedback should be put here so don't be shy with putting in your weaknesses.

End your app with a conclusion going over key points that would make you a good staff member and asking for feedback, etc.

 

Hello! I'm sorry but I'm going to give you a -1 for your application for the following reasons:

•Your hours are not very good at all, and won't be beneficial to the staff team
•Your application was extremely weak. Try looking the the "Unofficial Guides" section of the forums for some guides! Also try taking more than 10 minutes to write one, and ask some friends how it looks before you post it.
•You are immature a lot, which isn't a great fit for the staff team, and should've been mentioned in your weaknesses.
•You can't actually talk, and all interviews require you to talk.

About your application and how to improve:

•Your introduction: introduce yourself, and mention your ingame life and your real life, such as your activities, hobbies, and such!
•Your why section: you need to really tell us why you should be staff, and how you stand out from all the other applicants!
•Your weakness section: you need to tell us how you plan to improve that weakness!
•Your conclusion: I suggest making a conclusion to your app in "Any other information blah blah blah". You really have a nice way to conclude your application!

Once you improve on these things, make a way better application, get a way to talk with your voice, increase your maturity, and increase your activity; you will definitely get a +1 from me! (Don't let this affect our friendship pls <3)
