Hey Nick!

Okay so I'll be honest here. When you were first a staff member, I felt like you were really immature and you didn't take the job seriously. I mean it was nice to have fun but you were going to the extreme.

Now, when I see you, you look like a completely different person. I can't believe a person could change within a matter of a month or two. You are very mature, helpful and friendly to the server. You are also really active which is a plus.

Nick, you are friendly, helpful and mature and definitely have the potential to become an effective member of the staff team.
When you were first accepted for staff you plagiarized your app, but everyone deserves a second chance and I think that you have reflected upon your mistake and learnt your lesson.

My opinions. You are a very nice person, but I do not think you are staff material as of right now. The first time you applied, we had that issue. You applied again, and you messaged me and many others saying we should be promoted. I know you meant that in a nice way, but it was the same rank to at least 4 people. That showed lots of immaturity. I have not seen improvement since then besides the good helpfulness. Sorry.
