Introduction: Hello, my name is Fernando! (PlazmaChaos) lots of you may no me or not but its okay! I'll be here to introduce myself ,I'm currently in High School and want to focus much of my attention in school because i\I take my education very seriously. I have tons of passion and when it comes to music and creativity I'm abundant in it. I have learned how to play the drums at the age of 8. Soon I want to graduate high school and major in Criminal Justice or Mechanical Engineer. I also played soccer representing my school in varsity. Other interest I have in my life are cars! I currently work with my father fix cars. I enjoy helping lots of people, and looking up to people that inspire me a lot. My dad has inspired me much in my life, he has taught me to never give up on my dreams.

I've had many people that've doubted me, people I once knew, my friends. Everyday I always put it in my mind and remember what they have said to me but I am going to prove them wrong because I know one day I will be at the top. I really want to carry on my dream of helping people, and protecting them.

When I joined MeepCraft I began to gain lots of interest in it because it was full of great creativity in spawn, and lots of good staff that cared many many times before for the community of Meep and I'd love to be apart of that.

Why should you be Helper? I think I should be a Helper because I have had lots of experience being staff over these year. A few years ago I used to own a server of mine, and had lots of work done with it. One day I had this problem in my life that i had to face, and had no more time to run the server and had to shut it down sadly. I know many of the townie commands, and know lots about running a server, and feel like I should be paying back some help to the staff for helping me all those times. I will be following each rule in the server and respecting the community at all times.

What are your weaknesses? Well i only have one weakness at the moment but it will be over! My weakness right now is moving houses. I am moving houses, and sometimes get busy but i will move houses in July 31. So it wont be an issue after that. Also one little thing. I have a problem when i talk that its hard for me to say things in english because im bilingual its hard for me to mix my e, and i, when i type too. I speak spanish and english.

Okay, you still have "New Member" on the forums, which means that you haven't really been on here. So that's 1/3 of the server aspects. Another one: I haven't seen you on Teamspeak, or very much in game. Maybe once or twice. I don't think that you're ready for Helper yet. Become more well known in game, use Teamspeak a little bit more, and get used to the forums. So for now, I'm going to put a -1 on this.

 

I am always online everyday in meep I have been on forums for a long time it's just I have not been posting things but I am willing to change it, and put effort into it. For team speak I have not been on team speak for a while because I didn't not have a mic but now I do, and I will be active in team speak for now on. Thanks for letting me know though

 

Hello, Plazma!

Here's what I'm thinking–You need to get more active on Forums, and get on Teamspeak more/talk more. You need to communicate with the community to become more well-known (use /g [message] to use global chat and /w [message] to talk to the people only in your world–meaning Creative, Towns, etc, etc) also, make sure that you know the main/basic commands of this server. One you have that down, help people who have questions in Global, local, or world chat with the command knowledge you have gathered! Its that easy.

As a brand new meeper, I did not really know how things worked. I joined my first town, and PlazmaChaos just so happened to be the mayor of this town. PlazmaChaos was very helpful to me, and was happy to take the time to answer all of my questions. A large part of the reason why I am now into Meepcraft is because I was lucky enough to have a helpful and active mayor to help me get started. I do see the posts about him not yet deserving helper because of a lack of the "well known" factor; but as someone who has personally met him, I believe that if not now, PlazmaChaos will make an excellent helper someday.

I see potential in you. However, I just think that you should take some time to get familiar with forums do more things on there and also with teamspeak. In game, I see you and I only sometimes see you helping.
Basically: Help a bit more, go on forums more, shout a bit more, teamspeak a bit more. You're almost there
(also, replying on every post doesn't make it look good, try to reply to posts in a bunch and only if necessary.)

(Timezones?) I don't see you in game very often, or at least try to speak in /g more. It is obvious you aren't extremely active on forums; you registered in April, and you are still a New Member. I see great potential in you, just become a little more active on forums/ts and talk in /g a little more Good Luck!

I have to say I haven't really seen you at all. (TS, Chatting, Forums...)
I also don't really know what you are like, since I haven't really talked to you before. From what's above, I think you just need to improve on your Forums/TS activity and chat a little more.

I've seen you in game and have had the privilege of doing modreqs for you. From what I see, you're very patient, calm, and mature even when dealing with serious matter. While I haven't really seen you helping in shout, I see you helping a lot of players behind the scenes--showing town members around the server, helping out new players, and basically being a positive influence.

However I would like to see you around more on the forums. I see a lot of potential but you need to put some things together before you're totally staff-ready (namely forums activity).
