We've met a few times on teamspeak and from those experiences you were very nice and fun to talk with, however like some others have pointed out, I don't see you helping out in global and have only seen you in teamspeak a few times. I was never helper, so I can't say exactly what a helpers job is, but what I can say is that although your a nice person, being nice isn't necessarily helping. I believe you have a lot of potential and can be an amazing helper with just a few tweaks! Work on being more active in global and teamspeak and help out and you could be one heck of a helper! When we were staff together you were an excellent member. As far as I could tell you did an exemplary job and fit in very well in a team setting. You're very helpful, smart, capable, and I believe very qualified for the position. Good luck!

I will be putting my personal dislike of you aside, and changing my vote.

While you are not my favourite person, I would much rather have you, an ex-mod and a 17 year old with at least some knowledge of what responsibilities are, than another 11 year old who thinks he's the centre of attention.
