When did you join Meepcraft? Back in 2013 before the shut down.

Introduction: Hello meepers! Im Ryan. You guys know me as ryanjman21. I am currently a Elite on Meepcraft. I live in Scottsdale, Arizona where I am currently attending 9th Grade at my local High School.
I Played a number of sports in my life, But ice hockey seems to be my main sport. I play the position Defence for the Jr Coyotes and was granted Captain of the team for my leadership. I am currently trying to get a Job as a Ice Hockey referee. In other words, I have 2 sisters, 2 cats , and 2 tortoises that I live with. Anyway, I was introduced to Meepcraft by my friend Oo0gumonster (ex- Helper). I was really into meepcraft back in the day playing nearly 7-8 hours a day! I even skipped doing my homework in 6th grade just to play. Then the server incident happened and I Quit. I quit for about 6 months and then came back. I Started my way back up and here I am currently applying for helper for Meepcraft!

Why should you be Helper? I think I should be helper for a number of reasons. One of my reasons is I have played on this server for a number of years and know how things work around here. I currently ask Staff about updates, plans, and more. I try to act like a staff as much at possible by Recording hackers, Helping Players, reminding players of basic rules ,and more. I do understand my ban history is not pretty, ex. (language). But I can assure you that things have changed. Anyways, one of my main advantages to being helper is that I know how kids act and how to control them, speaking me being the older sibling of my 2 little sisters and and cousins! I am currently having to watch them when my parents run out. I am used to the constant bickering and I am quick to respond by sending them in other rooms and closing the door! Im sure I can do the same on Meepcraft too! I am one of those teens that always looks deeper into lies and try to figure out the facts rather then lies that other teens belive. I am nice enough to give players warnings, but strict enough that no matter how hard you try to lie to or try to make me feel bad you will never suceed!

What are your weaknesses? One of my weeknesses is that I am starting high school as a freshman. I am not sure how much homework or studying I will have to do, But this may lack my time online. I am prone to getting way out of hand on a case and almost making a player feel guilty about what they have done, or did. Another weakness I have is my ban history, but like I said , over the times I have been kicked and banned for language, I have learned my lesson and understood that this will not be tolerated on this server.

Please give any other information you might think is useful for us to know: My hockey schedule may get in the way of my time online, same with school.

I'm gonna be like nhjed and give you a +/- for the following reasons.

You do have potential but something tells me you're not that mature, but you are. (Don't mind me, might be mistaken) I've seen you lots in game which is good but try contributing to forums a little more. As for teamspeak, I'm on it a little but dunno if I see you as much. Also try get more helpful in game

As for your application, it was of decent length. Your intro told me quite a bit about you which is good. Maybe next time you apply (not saying you'll get denied haha) try not to mention Meepcraft. Introductions are suppose to be about YOU not you and MEEPCRAFT.

I'd just like to tell you in advance, try not to suck up to staff before you apply. It gives staff the feel that you had a sudden thought of applying so suddenly wanna just help as quick as you can. Just a note

You're weaknesses was good. You said you learned the lessons about no language which is good, it shows you can improve.

Yeah so in total you're application was alright. Could've done some work here and there but overall you've got a chance, maybe wait a little longer and get more well known.

if you have been here for that long your ban history shouldn't be a huge problem. Time grows maturity.

HOWEVER
I'm going to be a sophomore and let me tell you, freshman year you will want to wait until you bet the hang of it until you take on this responsibility. You play sports? That will give you no time to take the responsibilities this job requires.

I've never interacted with you as far as I can remember. I only have seen you on forums.

You need to explain how you will overcome your weaknesses in your app.

Okay, so I haven't really seen you in game a lot, maybe a few times in shout. And i'm usually on a lot. You're going to want to focus a lot on your schoolwork as a Freshman, I know because my brother was one, and he didn't really have time to do things online, or he would have to skip work. Neither option really works out well for you here. So I'm going to put a -1 this time.

Hello Meepcraft staff, I have realized that my freshman year and sports I will be playing will get in the way of meepcraft big time! I would not have enough time to fulfill the duties of being a Helper on meepcraft. I would kindly ask for a staff member to deny this application. Thank You!
