Introduction: The server i play on most is Meepcraft, when i am not playing on Meepcraft i'm probably reading.

Why should you be Helper? I love to help people and when a person needs help i will help them.

What are your weaknesses? I dont like punishing people for things they have done.

Overall this app was really, really weak. You should take a look at accepted applications to look for good examples of long and detailed applications. Of course, don't copy them since that will lead to your application getting denied. I haven't been really active lately, so I can't judge how active you are in the community, I leave that to others. But I do not think you should be a staff member considering your really young age.

This intro told us nothing about you. All it said was you play Meepcraft, and when you're not, you're probably reading.

This doesn't explain why you would be a good helper. The most used word in this sentence is "help".

This tells us you're too kind to people and that you don't want to hurt other peoples feelings. Sometimes, you just gotta do it.

This application overall was very, very weak and there was only one sentence per section. You didn't bother to go into detail at all throughout your application.

Go into more detail by giving examples and character traits you possess that will help you communicate with others

Part of being a good staff member is knowing when, who, and how to ban. You don't say how you can improve on this vague weakness

-1 I like apps short and sweet but you need to list more reasons as to why you think you will make a good helper. Also with your weakness you will have to be prepared to punish wrongdoers and teamspeak is a requirement.

It is geat to see you are eager to be a staff member, hopefully you stick around and go for another round champ!

Addi, I'm gonna -1 this now but be sure to be super active and work on your app and apply again! Don't feel limited because of your age, but rise above it and work really hard.
You should be active on ts, in global, and on forums. Work really hard on your app and don't be afraid ti ask others for help.

Addi, your application told me nothing about what you like to do or yourself, and gave nothing to make me want you as helper.

Also in game I feel as though you don't know a whole lot about the server, as you don't help in global and ask several questions.
That isn't a bad thing of course!
I do think you need to mature a bot as well, I've seen that you get heavily offended at small things that people say, I was in that spot as well.

Anyway, I think you will need to work on presenting yourself well, and making sure you tell these meeplings why you know that you will be a good helper. Ask your friends about your strengths and your weaknesses. Work to your strengths and work on your weaknesses.

If this is accurate, this is a very large amount of time, more than quite a few current staff members. Possibly a positive, possibly an addiction.

Generally, it is a good idea to have some references.

• Introduction

This tells me absolutely nothing about who you are as a person, your experiences, or virtually any personal details. A proper introduction will tell those of us who have no clue who you are about yourself. If you are introducing yourself to a person, what do you tell them? I would hope you do not tell them that you either are reading or playing Meepcraft.

• The Why

Okay then . . . so you'll "help?" There's more to being a constructive member of the community than just "helping." Have you given valuable input on ideas? Have you not only "helped" someone, but taught them? Have you shown someone how to truly play the server? Have you interacted with lots of members of the community?

• Weaknesses

Punishing people is part of the job description. The job of a staff member can be defined as enforcing rules of the server, solving problems/disputes, guiding and teaching new players, moderating chat on the forums and in-game, and so many other tasks.
Besides that, this does not tell us any true weaknesses. If you believe you don't have any, you're only setting yourself up to fail. It is critical to acknowledge your own weaknesses, and work to improve yourself.

I don't see you too often in game, but when I do, you seem like a good guy. However, I don't think you have enough experience. You seem to be asking for lots of help, which is definitely okay, as asking for help is something you need to do in order to succeed. But, you do need to be familiar with commands and such. Also, you put minimal effort into the application. If you want to be staff, the staff team needs to see that you are devoted and willing to put in the work in your application to be able to trust you to be a devoted and willing staff member. If you consider and work on these aspects, you can accomplish many things, along with achieving the rank of staff member. Currently, I am at a -1. Don't let this discourage you, though!
