Introduction: Hullo, Meepcraft!
My name is Vexstrae/ Megan, but I'm known by most of you as Vex. I would just like to say how good my time on Meep has been so far. I've had made a load of new friends. I was a shy person before and after I got Minecraft, so I hardly ever played multiplayer (let alone knowing how to get on multiplayer), and over the past year, things have changed in various ways. I joined Meep for the first time ever on the 8th of July 2014. I didn't know anything to do with Meep; I never knew what Towny was, or how it worked, nor did I know what to do with my time on Meep. Because I was new, I don’t even think I played anything, I think I just joined and left immediately after, to be honest haha, not very many people knew me, so I left for a year. In October 2015, I joined officially, and I started to join towns, and buy ranks. I only found the server again by looking for parkour servers, and I saw that meepcraft didn't have that many players online at specific times so I wouldn’t ‘eggplant’ while warping to places, but from going from old servers to Meep has been a dramatic change to get to now. and Meepcraft didn't have too many people that would just ignore me, and I learned about 10 months ago that Meep isn't just a server; it's a community, where the players are your friends, and I've honestly got the best friends ever I've had here on Meep that I would probably never find in real life. Although it’s such a shame how we lost some people due to the reset. As I lost some of those friends, but they could be back soon!

Before I joined, I was mostly into OP prison, Parkour, and Faction Servers. I used to go on mini-game servers too. Back then, I usually went on that type of server regularly and usually got up to very high ranks, but then I practically stopped OP Prison completely and mostly focused on faction servers. But because I could never be in long enough to actually get a good enough base, I stopped shortly afterwards. I used to have about 3-4 friends per server, in which they all shared a different time zone to me, as I never find people from the UK. When I played mini-games, I used to buy the highest ranks just to level up quicker, because I wasn’t very patient back then.

While I am online, I am currently working on my new town roads, my house, or simply just clearing plots to make way for new residents being added in, if not that then I will probably be in the wild in mesa biomes gathering up clay and gold. I used to spend my time improving my Alpha town, HighMoon, despite that people didn’t play Legacy anymore at that time. I was also decorating my DreamCraft house, which at that time was around Christmas so I was adding Christmas lights and adding small /astools trees in people’s homes, when I was not in legacy I was mostly just adding stock to my pwarp that I owned in gmall (pwarp r) but then I was in the process of moving all my stock and items into what was my newly built pwarp /pwarp MooMart. But mainly, I just liked to keep up with my town by asking new and old residents what they would like to see in the town, and what they would like to be refurbished and added, or just add new plots. Nowadays I am talking to residents and staff in my town about random things and how we think we should sort out the town. Alongside that, I used to play meep with my sister, (xcookie_chan) while we were working in my town, but she has recently given me her account so I use that as my alt (Meebells) so that option is no longer available. Or I was usually playing Skywars or trying to earn Meebles. While I was in my Alpha town, I added new residents and I helped my assistants with what they need to do, and I was recently working on a project on building an alpha/beta shop with my assistant Flarecat_Soaring.

Outside of meep, I am usually studying for upcoming exams, in which I have recently just finished my mock exams, and I am currently preparing for my actual exams which can determine my future. But in school, I am mainly focusing on passing my core subjects English, maths and science.

Why should you be Helper? I have had thoughts in becoming / applying for staff for a while, because I think I could be a helpful staff member, considering I am online a lot, due to my experience on the server which I have been on for just over a year, I know all commands that every common person will need to know, so I have the ability to help new citizens learn commands and direct them where they want to be. I have had experience in being a staff member, and I have had comments of how well-dedicated I can be. Other than that, I have incredible patience (*cough cough* dealing with Magnum), much better than I have had in the past, as well as being calm and understanding when handling modreqs. I won't give up easily because I honestly hate it if I have to leave something for the night while it is unfinished, The only time I will ever leave it to the next day is because I will need a staff of higher importance as such. I feel like I would like to be staff because Meepcraft has given me so much within the time which I have been playing. I have formed so many relationships with people that I wouldn’t be able to do in real life, and some people have that strong of a relationship with me that without them I honestly don’t think I’d still be here. I would like to keep Meep as friendly as it was when I joined, so people can feel as blessed as me to have as many nice friends as I do.

I'm online at almost the exact time every day. I guide people new on Meep and I was regularly adding people in my Alpha town. I’ve been an assistant in gammas Mooville, Ignis, A Co-Mayor in Magistrate and I have been a recruiter in Elementals, Currently I am in the town of Legend and I am there as a Co-Mayor, but I have also been an assistant in Dreamcraft, and Have owned quite a few alpha towns, for instance, my very first town WhiteGriffn, which was when I first joined and I opened that town a few weeks after joining and donating for the meebles. Not to mention, I have owned and been a part of many, many towns. When you have been a town staff member for so long, you must be familiar with the commands, as well as how to talk to people.

One thing that could work very well is my schedule. I can be online at almost any time that would be best for people, but mainly I am online between 3 pm -6 pm on weekdays. And anytime on weekends so long as I am awake. The one issue with the majority of servers is they lack the variation in time zones for staff be online 24/7. I can lend a hand in that because of being in the U.K, as well as my abnormal schedule, which will be helpful to keep things running smoothly. When I usually come online, there is practically no staff. The staff that are online then are usually afk.

Above all the other things on the server, Towny is my passion. I focus on my Towny world practically more than anything else. I only go on games such as Skywars and such when people need players, or one of my friends are playing. I used to focus more of my spare time on Towny, in which half of that was just roaming around /random looking fo fallen habitable towns I could’ve added to my town. But currently, I just focus more on talking in global and helping residents, and my town staff on finishing the town. I had also taken ownership of 2 alpha towns before the reset (with my alt) which were HighMoon, and Heavens_Gate even though, and I had used to own the largest alpha town, HighMoon, before selling it and remaking it again, but the remade HighMoon actually had the pleasure of the lovely Fuzzlr joining it!

What are your weaknesses? ~Social Anxiety~
I’ve always felt that my awkwardness will affect me socializing on servers, which is why I never played multiplayer for a while, but I'm trying to contradict that by talking how I would normally and not having the fear of that people will be saying something discriminating me, because hardly any people do that on meep, only the new people who have nothing better to do. I feel that helping and contributing in global will slowly erase that feeling of being boxed in with meep and slowly I will become more negotiating and helpful in global, which has started to happen recently, as I have been seen in global many times, much more than I used to be.

~Confidence Issues~
This may not seem relevant, but I feel this may sometimes affect my meep gameplay, and sometimes why do not talk in global as much as I know I usually do, but yes it has started to clear up, but I wanted to go through it if it happens to kick in again, sometimes I do usually start to feel left out as such? Sometimes I can get extremely ‘butthurt’ about the littlest of things then go into a state of solitude in my room. So global chat may be inactive with my presence if that happens, but that only lasts a few minutes if so, but I wanted to mention that just in case if people wonder why I may be inactive in chat whilst not being AFK in game. But I really feel like that won’t change my chances at getting accepted, as we all have ‘those days’

well aside from Ellie, there aren't many people who *want* to be staff who live in british timezones (GMT) but the least I can say is I will try to be helpful in chat, and be online when needs be.
