Because believe it or not, basically everything posted on those applications was either a repeat post or something irrelevant to what we look fo, and it's "Interview", not accepted. I'm done derailing this though, and you should be too.

Due to budget cuts. The stone had to be replaced with netherrack. And said pond is being replaced with a 4x4 patch of water.

I guess one big why is I want to do my part for the server. I dont donate like I used to. But I want to contribute to the server somehow.

I thought taking a load of work off of the current staff's shoulders via grinding modreqs and player reports.

I may not have staff experience on Meepcraft. But I do have GM experience on Ultima Online as well as admin experience on a Mount & Blade server. So I can kinda sympathize for the feeling of logging on to see a massive pile of unanswered modreqs and a pile of player complaints on forums.

Heck, I deal with that while at work in the form of writing incident reports income transfer collection statements etc.

- Active on forums

Cons

- Immature
- Doesn't know when to just stop and take a chill pill
- I find you a bit annoying
- IG activity
- Ts activity
- You purposely made your app long by annoying spaces

- I don't think this is staff quality. You will have as staff stupidity and if you can't handle it then don't become staff. Hold your emotions in instead of acting.

Now we can see how your cons deferentially out weigh the pros. With time you will get better but for now I am a -1. Please if you respond make it actually valuable info. Gl

 

I said I dislike those features of people. Never said I would directly act on them. "on duty".

As said before, the app is actually long without the spaces.

Infact if I did not space it like Jonneh requested it looks terrible as if a 10 year old wrote it.

*No offence Jonneh, you're cool.* In terms of proper formatting. I used a list format as befitting of a Resume.

I am not sure where people think I am inactive ingame. When I did infact state on my application that I play during non-peak hours for the most part.

*Just because you do not see me ingame. Does not mean I am not there.* I would become more active on teamspeak when the need permits. Otherwise I tend to do everything via text when its important since I play at night and my girlfriend is asleep in the same room when I play. *most of the time*

What I understand from staff apps are:

- one -1 does not count
- two -1 don't matter
- one +1 matters
- many +1s matter
- staff don't listen to the community
- staff will never listen to the community

You have even made a thread on "negativity" by people -1ing staff apps.

I don't even understand. If saying "-1 reasons above" isn't relevant then how is saying "+1 reasons above" relevant?
And why hasn't this kid receive a warning yet?

I never said that +1 reasons above was good, infact I specifically said that I disliked it when people said that. And we don't care how many -1's or +1's there are unless they actually have a good,unique reason.

Anyways, I was at a good vote, until I saw your skype activity. Skype is the main form of communication. It is very necessary that you need to be active on it. Will you be capable of that?

EDIT: Your knowledge of Halo/your activity in Halo could really help the staff team.

 

Yeah I already had a talk with deinen about my skype activity. I told him I would. I am even getting a new microphone.

 

You may want to read further down the thread to have that concern answered. On a side note. Do you have anything "of your own" to add? Anything constructive.

I just remembered I did make a few minor edits to my application.

The edits are as follows:

I added one link to the bottom of my Application to direct people to the reasoning for my spacing.

I capitalized the 2nd "P" in "PvP".

I capitalized the S in G4S.

I added periods to a couple of the sentences. And changed a few commas to periods where they should have not been there. *typos*

Just to clarify things for people to keep any mis-readings here. And I remember bob4444444444 *jesus thats a lot of 4's* telling me about that and read his comment on another post. So I figured I would just clear things up.

Your app was kinda chaotic. The way you put everything together made the format a little off. Other then that, your app was okay. You have become a lot more active, and responsive in shout. However, I don't see you on team speak at all. Your a nice, kind player who is friendly to most people. You are immature though, which is something you have to fix. Good luck! To a mod/supermod that reads this. I am requesting permission to make one more edit to my application. I will not make it until I get the ''go-ahead''. I am going to remove some of the double spacing from my application so people stop messaging me about it. If you would so permit. I will document any changes made in a post as before.

 

-1. You have been very fickle, all my experiences have been bad with you. Want a reason?
I asked you to remove a huge stone and obsidian tower up to build height. You then leave town, leaving that behind. It took 7 people + A haste beacon and I 2 hours to clear it all. Not to mention you have left a huge hole down to bedrock for us to fill in.
I have had no good experiences with you.

 

I tried to explain this to you before but. I planned to come back the next day and clear it up. But instead you got in my face about it... Literally and when I went back. I saw that people decided to take the tower down in a way that would not permit me to safely remove it any longer.

It was an unsafe work environment. You used your /fly abilities with other ults with no regards to the other people who would work on it.

I even kept my /home there to begin deconstructing my building to salvage the materials. But I find out you people decided to remove.... The entire bottom floor and the stairs. Making work unsafe for anybody without /fly. I said this to you but you did not listen to me.

I feel safer working with knife brandishing crabs and lobsters than working with ults with no regards for people who dont have /fly.

Especially on your helper app.

Anyway, the people who I worked with where all my friends, they weren't random people. We all knew what we where doing, and there was no point anyone died on clearing. There where beams, and I'm sure they where smart enough to not fall to their death.
Plus we worked from top to bottom after we removed the first floor of obsidian.
No less, we cleared everything now, except your plot that now is cleared to obsidian, which we still all need to fill in, with dirt.
