Introduction:
Hello Meep, My name is GummiBirr or you can call me as Sean as my real name. I've been playing meep for a very long time it was February 24, 2014. I found meep on internet advertisements, I found that it has Skyblock, Towns, Hunger Games, Boomo, Tntrun and more. I've been so addicted to meep when I first played it I can't stop playing. I have said to myself this is a great server to play with, Good friends, Good staff and Good Community. When I first joined Meep the server was so busy and has 500+ people per day. The first town I joined was in Alpha, The mayor was Emmettz24, Emmettz as a Former staff thought me everything he knew about towny and commands. At First I made a 1 plot Mansion at his town with 3 storeys made of Smooth Sandstone. Days passed I knew tons of Towny Commands and also Server commands, I moved to a town which is Monkeyhead1999's Town, Days passed She promoted me to Assistant and I was very happy, Months passed I had 500k in my bank and I made my own town. I was very happy and I was very good at towns.

Outside of my Meep Life, I'm a Grade 7 Student. I live at Iloilo City, Philippines. I'm a good guitar player and also, I love composing songs, Making poems and more. I've been a school guitar performer and I help children, senior citizens, and more in a charity. My Family is not that rich nor we have a good house, But in my mind, If I graduate soon I'll be helping my family and make them happy.
Why you should be Helper/Mod ?

• Experience

I have been on meep quite for a very long time. I've seen the new servers, Creative, KitPvP, and more I was there when that happened and more. I've really experienced to Staff commands because I have many good friends. They've been my friend for a very long time when I started meep, Like Monkeyhead and Emmettz24, Two friends which were Former staff members. I joined two servers before Meep But quit because of its poor economy, but Meep is the best server, Best with Towns, Minigames, Wild,PvP and ofcourse the Community.

I have good patience and long understanding. I have patience to kids, Like kids inside the server spamming, harassing and more.

• Work Ethic

When I was still a young, independent kid, My Father and my Mother always teaches me "Help others for someday they will help you too". I always think of that to the server. I've been helping others and they help me back and treat me as a friend and also a family. As staff, You need to be responsible and patient. You need to understand each player on meep, If they rage, Talk to them gently, If they got Griefed, Refund them or help them, Make them happy again. They we're saying meep was dying, But for me it's not, It's just the beginning of a new start of MeepCraft!

• Dedication

I dedicate my Self to the Server and to the Community, Of all the servers I joined, Meep is the Only Server I stayed in the longest time of my life. Meep as a Unique server, It is also a Friendly and Heart-Warming Server. They Treat you as an angel or as the Son of a President. Being a Town Mayor, I dedicate this to my Residents and to my Town Staff, Being a Town mayor, Is like being a Staff at the server.

• Involvement

I am very active on the three aspects of the server, Teamspeak, In game and Forums. I'm always involved to things and to the server, Weekdays, I'm online with 30+ players on because of my Unique Timezone. Everytime i turn on my Computer or my Laptop I always run Minecraft, Google Chrome and Teamspeak. I log in and wait for new updates, Pokes, Alerts and mails. Everytime I move at Meep I always have my eyes to chat and to the community.

• Justification

I will prove myself that I fit at the Staff family, I have gained enough Experience and Involvements to the server because of my Friend and to the whole Community. I have never been perm banned or Banned due to a serious Involvement, I never hacked for advantagements nor Duped. I always played Fair and Square for the community.

Weaknesses: No one is perfect but only God is perfect, Here is my Weaknesses:

• Immaturity/Self Control

Sometimes, in game and in forums, I can't control myself I sometimes become Immature because of too much Fun, For example I will have a town for a very cheap price, I will get too overjoyed and I'll start having a drop party and be noisy at Global chat, But I can now control it as a staff and as an experienced and veteran player of MeepCraft.

• Helper Commands

I only know some commands like, /kick, /tempban, /ban, /modreq and I think /sc. As I'm not really a Staff I still need to learn these commands for easier use and for safe using as a staff.

• Grammar

Im not american nor have the blood of an American, But I know how to speak english. I'm not really good at it but I always try to be good at it and I always Do my best when I talk in English

Conclusion:
I believe that I will be a good part of the Staff community, As a veteran player of MeepCraft. I can hold /modreqs and monitor the server gently. I have changed, I am ready to be one of the Staff Members and always looking forward to the future of the server and to the community.

I've seen lots of improvement from you as of recently, but I don't think it's time for helper for you yet. I want to see some more change to prove that you really are worthy for the position. So keep it up and maybe by next application, I'll change my vote
