Have you ever been staff on this or any other server? Yes I have. I have been a Co-Owner of a server, Admin once, Helper twice, and Moderator once.

Introduction: I have been playing meepcraft for a while but I had quit for a little bit because my school work was struggling. I really enjoyed this server and I was part of a little town of 5 people called SkyVille. I enjoy to play the spleef on here and I try to help as much as I can. I never got around to registering on the forums until now but have been on the server. I Am in all honors classes in school and play soccer, baseball, and run track. I'm a little bit shy when it comes to new people but I can be lots of fun if you get to know me!
In my spare time I play minecraft of course and I play Fifa 15. My favorite subjects in school is Science and Social Studies I enjoy to learn about the universe and its history. I enjoyed Biology the most of all the courses I've ever taken. As I said before, I said I play soccer, baseball, and run track. My main sport is soccer. In soccer I play center back or central defensive midfielder. I also to enjoy to watch soccer and pretty much any other sport. I plan to be a lawyer when I get older and hopefully go to Columbia College.

Why you should be Helper? I have multiple qualities that would make me a good helper. For example I am great at Helping people. I am also a good problem solver, trustworthy, responsible, a hard worker, and friendly to all players. I will do everything I say in my app as staff and more.

Problem Solving: When solving a problem you always need to be open minded and keep a level head. There is a simple 3 step way to go about solving problems quickly and effectively. The first thing to do is to find out what the problem is. To do you may need to talk to players, read modreq's or go on the forums. The second step is to think of ways to solve the issue. To do this may require experience, which I have, and in some cases help from others. If I do need help I will not be shy to ask because I would rather ask for help and get something right than do it yourself and mess up. The third step is to apply you solution to the problem. This could range from a response to a player in game or on the forums, a command, or anything else that may be needed. This is a quick and effective way to solve problems.

Why Should You Trust Me?
Besides my experience as staff, there are other reasons why I should be trusted. In minecraft and in real life people are willing to talk to me about their problems. I will never judge them and I will do anything I can to help them out. I know helping people with their problems is different than being trusted with a rank in game, but it shows what people think about me. I may be young but I am trustworthy and will not abuse powers like some people. Things like trolling and random punishments such as kicks and mutes are unacceptable and should not be tolerated.

Hard Work:
On any server I have been on whether player or staff, I have been dedicated and worked as hard as I could. It didn't matter if I was answering questions, working on houses, anything I put in effort. The more effort you put in the more success you get. Nobody will ever put 100% effort into anything but you can try to get as close to that as possible. If you are prepared you don't need to rely on luck. That is my attitude about everything I do. How does this apply to a server? Well how can you have a staff of people who aren't prepared and experienced. They need to do the best they can in everything they do to have a successful server. Your server is already successful but I think I can be a great addition to your already great staff team.
I will not shy away from my duties and will be be lazy. I will do my best in all situations no matter how big or how small they may be.
Friendly:
Minecraft, is a game, and games are meant to be fun. If you have a server that isn't fun, I don't see a reason for anybody to play on it. Well what makes a server fun? When your friendly to players, especially as staff, people want to play on the server. I wouldn't play on the server if the staff never interacted with players. On some servers there is some type of hierarchy where staff thinks they are too good for the players. A server is all about the players and I want to be staff so I can make a fun experience for other people.


What are your weaknesses?
We all have our flaws not a single person is perfect no matter how close they may be. One of my flaws is relying on other people too much. I am an independent person but I do ask for help frequently. I try to follow my instinct but sometimes I just don't trust myself enough so I just ask for help from others. If I do ask for help I will always be open minded and take their advice. I have been working on this issue and will continue to until I think it's under control.

Please give any other information you might think is useful for us to know: I am a very dedicated minecraft player and will do my best as staff. I will always keep an open mind and a level head.

 

I like the app and that you have staff experience from other servers. You should work on your forums activity though. After you improve your activity on forums, I'll give you a +1.

 

That was a pretty decent app. The why section could've been a bit longer and I never heard of you until just now. I see a good potential in you from the app I just saw, but maybe get used to the forums and not make your first post be a staff application.

In the future I would +1, but for now get used to the forums and shout and talk in there and have a good time. I can't say for TS because it doesn't want to cooperate with me.
As of now, -1 But a pretty great app that was worth looking at!

Tbh, from the look of this app, this was way more than decent. I was expecting another app from a new player, but I didn't expect one from an experienced player!

Hey marranz, Id like to leave my opinion on your application.

General Info: App was great! I was surprised with it because most players Ive never heard of come in with a terrible application and expect positive results from it. Your application, however, was actually pretty solid. I have not seen you ingame yet, but I will keep my eyes open.

Forums: Your forums activity could use some improvement seeing that you are a "new member." Get yourself well known by posting in sections of forums and attract likes, build your reputation, etc.

Ingame: As I stated before, I haven't seen you ingame before, but I will keep my eyes open.

TeamSpeak: TeamSpeak IMO is a really bad reason to be negative towards an applicant. Some people either don't feel comfortable in TS, or just have nothing to do in it in general.

Application: Your application was excellent! Other than the few spelling errors and grammatical mistakes that happened, it was overall very well written. If your application is to be denied, I would advise taking the time to proofread it the next time around.

Overall: Im neutral on this application. I havent been online to see you interact with other players. Your forum activity was weak, but your application was pretty good. -/+

-1 from me... You are very nice and the application was actually very good, but I have never heard of you. I would like the staff on Meepcraft to be active members I know and trust and unfortunately, I can't feel that way with someone I never have seen. I suggest becoming active in the forums and Teamspeak. Start a forum conversation with me for further tips that can help you for the future!
