Introduction:

Hi, my name is Jack I live in England with my family and friends. Most of the day I go out with my friends or look for jobs in engineering because I enjoy it and it is good pay, when I get back home I play on my xbox or on my laptop and play meepcraft until about 5am. Right now I like to play Assassins Creed 3. To me it is a good game with a lot of opportunities for fun. In the summer I like to play golf with my brother and dad. I may not be the best at golf but I like to see what I can do to get better over time.

Why I should be Helper:

I feel I would make a capable helper because of several reasons.

Much of my real life has given me experience that would make me a better staff member. Searching for employment taught me how to look for good jobs that can help me know more with what I am interested in doing as a permanent job. Many of these assignments taught me good leadership skills. I had to take initiative in my job search, and be mature in how I respond to adults who could potentially hire me.

My time spent playing golf applies to more than just the sport. When I see faults in my playing style, I work to improve

I have roughly 8 months experience in MeepCraft, and I’ve learned how to use the towny commands extremely well. Not limited to towny, I have experience in all the mini-games and this will serve me well in my ability to answer modreqs and assist players. I was in the staff, as helper initially and was promoted to moderator before I resigned. My resignation was due to real-life issues that needed my attention. As these have been dealt with, I am ready to return.


Weaknesses:

Forums activity : When I come on the forums it is to post things I think is needed or to see if anything is new on the server like updates.

Lack of talking in /shout : most of the time when I talk in shout is when someone needs me or if I am saying hi to someone, I am after talking more in shout for people to know me better and so I can get to know a lot more new people on the server.

You got really mean after you left staff and I don't think you're really showing any helpful qualities that really show that you want to be back on the staff team at all.

Also, I never really see you around forums much. I mean, you were posting in ban appeals and things like that as staff, but just generally in discussion. Finally, the application was lacking.

I don't know about becoming mean, but I do know that we were both staff you had an amazing modreq count. If you can keep that up, you're definitely qualified for this position.

You were a very good staff member, and I've never had any issues with you personally, but I have heard lots of nasty rumors floating around about you being rude to other staff. It makes me nervous about having you near these people you're rude to.

 

As oro said, you were a good staff member before. I don't think going back to it would be a great thing to do - You have done many negative things since being that staff member. -1

I have heard many good things about you. I've also heard many bad things about you.

From my personal experience with you and from one of my good friend's, I would say that you are a really kind person who is loyal to your friends.
But from other members, I hear that you are a really mean person. I'm not sure which is true, so I'll try to be totally unbiased.

Good things!
*Activity: I know you are on a lot, even though you aren't active in /shout.
*You are ultimate, which shows some dedication to the server (No, I'm not trying to be rankist, but very few people have gotten ultimate and wanted to be banned...)
*You were a staff member before, and did your job well.

I'm not going to post a long comment, as some of my other comments are. You were as great ex-staff, but I feel that you need some time before reapplying. Forums activity is not very good, and I haven't seen you in game, on forums, or on Teamspeak within the past week. Everyone already said what I was going to say. You don't seem to help in game as much anymore, but I think your experience is enough.There are some bad rumors going about, which I do not know if they're true or false. The application was definitely lacking, but I know you have the capability to make it better. +.50, your experience is enough. Good luck!
