Formal Introduction
Hello, if you don't already know me my name is James. I have been playing minecraft for around 2 years now and I just cant get enough of it. My in game name is : JamesSCL. I am 14 years old an. I love the MeepCraft server and that is why I am applying for Helper. I have noticed some recent negativity between some players , and so with becoming helper, I can help resolve these issues so that others can share the full enjoyment of playing on this server. I am willing to take on this responsibility and to put in the hard work that it takes to become a helper. Even without the 'Helper' tag on my name I already answer a lot of questions within the server and the forums and will continue to do so no matter what the outcome of this application may be. I feel that others enjoyment of this server is key, because without the community that this server has, I myself would not enjoy it.

Country : Australia , Melbourne

Timezone : EST (Eastern Standard Time)
Rank : I haven't had the opportunity to donate as my Paypal recently got hacked .

Dedicated Time : 2-5 hours on Monday to Thursday and a further 4-9 hours on Friday to Sunday.

Contact Method : Skype (JamesSCL) , I am currently working on gettting TeamSpeak and buying a new microphone as I haven't had the opportunity lately (playing too much on MeepCraft) .

How long have I played on MeepCraft : A have played on MeepCraft for approximately 3 weeks , but I only recently joined the forums .

Experience : Up till now I have not had much experience of being a member of staff on a factions server, but I know that I definitely have what it takes.

Position Change : I will be changing for Citizen to Helper .
Quick Information : I am very dedicated to this server and have been playing non stop since I found MeepCraft! I just cant get enough of it, this past month or so has been one of the most enjoyable moments of playing minecraft and the satisfaction of being able to help others with make it even better!

Why I want to become a helper
So as I previously stated I want to become a helper to ensure that everyone shares the same joy for MeepCraft as I do. I have a lot of time for people with issues or questions so if I am a helper I will be playing mainly for others as opposed to playing for myself so to speak, whether that be answering their questions or sorting out issues that they have. I will do everything within the rights and responsibilities of my power to make their experience on MeepCraft the best one possible, therefore I fell that I would make a good addition to the MeepCraft.
My Qualities

Trustworthy
This is a very important trait to have when it comes to being a member of staff, as you are given commands less trustworthy players may abuse.
Friendly
You may or may not see this as an important quality, however if a new player joins, a more friendly welcoming is always a good start, this helps the person to respect the server and all of it's players.

Mature
I am hoping throughout this application, and indeed if you have seen me around the server I have proven myself to be at the mature level.
Honest
One thing I have learnt when being staff on servers, is to never lie to/ mislead players, as this leads to confusion and then anger, possible something which my then cause Profanity, I have already seen this many times amongst that donators joking around with Non-donators although it may be funny at the time, it soon leads to discomfort and upset.
Kind and Social
I think people that help others should be nice and caring to the other person that they're helping, I believe that I provide that and would be a benefit to the MeepCraft staff team.

Intelligent
I feel I am very knowledgeable about the MeepCraft community and I know how to answer
frequently asked questions, also questions.
Honest and Responsible
I consider myself to be very honest and responsible with my actions. I think that being a Helper requires these traits, because other people see you as a leader. Leaders need to be honest and responsible
Helpfulness
I answer all of the questions that the users have ask me even though I'm not a helper they can trust me cause they know I help a lot of people, Also I love helping people.

I can promise you their will be no foul language, I'll always respect a player as they will like to be treated, also I'll make sure their will be no hackers and I promise you the server will run smoothly
Anything else you have to say to us:
I have been called a Very Fast person for an extremely long time. My parents were both super athletic and I got both of their athletic abilities and combined them into me. I have a good sense of humour, my friends would say, "Thats why we like to hang out with you". I am the kind of guy who would be really shy when you meet them, then super out going when we get farther into our acquaintance with each other.

I am extremely experienced with bukkit, Also bukkit plugin's. So I know how all of the commands work and all of the other stuff. In my free-time I code plugins which I think is very fun. I love MeepCraft I would like to help it grow, so that it will become an even better server in the future. Event though I am not helper I try to help people in some of the realms, I answer any questions they have. I say "Hey" to people and interact with other players on the server. I respect all of the members cause without respecting other players you will have none. I want to also make sure that people are having a great time and enjoying themselves on the server and not being bullied or getting abused. People also have great trust in me to watch over their servers. I am very mature so I know how to be a helper and I would be happy to help people and moderate the server.

I remember when I first joined, I often got confused, but the staff at the time helped me with any problems I had. I would like to do the same, give to the server what the server gave to me, understanding and fun. I understand being a helper can be difficult at times, but as long as the end result means people understanding the server and where to go and no longer being confused, I am happy to help.

What mrli1 said about TS. You HAVE to have TS to be helper. (I made this mistake too :/ )

No format = auto deny. I really did like the application, however. Before you reapply in no less than two weeks, I suggest becoming more active in game, on forums, and on teamspeak. Get to know the server and the people in it. Help people in /shout, local chat, and /msg. Familiarize yourself with the rules and make a good impression. Good luck next time!
