Jokes

I've said that I think that the context of a joke can be anything without it being wrong, but that joking about certain things is not acceptable during certain situations. If I were to make a joke in a situation where I shouldn't have (not a situation where somebody just thinks that the joke was "bad," but one where somebody was genuinely offended/hurt by it), I'd just apologize. Regardless, I don't see this being an issue for myself as I tend to be very cautious about making jokes during a situation where they could cause an actual issue.

 

I think any jokes are ok to say, as long as you don't say something like "haha your parents are dead" and that person's parents ARE dead. Stuff like that isn't really funny.

 

Depends on peoples' sense of humor. I joke around with a friend who has Aspergers, telling him he's autistic (it's on the autistic spectrum) when he says something really dumb, and he makes fun of me being white. It's all in good humor and no one is hurt by the comments (I mean, it's just us so...). We find it funny though most people would think it's horrible.

 

Well if the person says their okay with it, then I say make any joke. Just don't make a joke like that if someone's not okay with it.
