Introduction: I am a very loyal person who is looking to have fun and to help other people. I have no intentions of swearing or bossing around others, just to have fun with others. I am pretty social and online sometimes mostly because of school (notice the sometimes), and want to help all I can to make the server fun.

You can't change from citizen to mod, you have to first apply for helper. Your app was also quite short, and advertising is not allowed.
