Introduction: Hello my name is luke but would be preferred to be called Lucas. I live in a town called Ormskirk which is close to Manchester and Liverpool for all those people who live in the UK. I go to school all the time unless i am ill and i have 2 weeks off in 1 week time so hopefully i can help out during then. I have many great experiences on meep for example i have built , mined and even pvpied. However this server just beats the rest. It has all the best mods and everything . Meepcraft is the only server i really go on. I go out on a Monday and a Thursday but not all night. I am still only 13 however i have had many times before this where i have applied to be policeman ect ... on prison severs and stuff. However so have got denied and i fully understand why. But 50 percent have been accepted, most people on servers like me however there are a few who don't which will always happen as that is the way the world works.

Why you should be Helper/Mod ? Well to start off the time off day during the week that i am on there is normally no helper+ on and a few people are asking for there /modreq to be done and a asking for help however when i try to talk to them they dont listen as i am not helper+ i would like to change this myself and answer as many /modreq and people asking for help. I am trustworthy (ask shadowliran helper) and i am always trying to help build/create ideas for things. I try to be active as much as i can. however there is limited people on when i am due to the fact of my timezone. I have recently been very generous and i am good at finding and reporting glitches (boomo).

Weaknesses: My first weakness is that i stick to my opinion most times unless there is enough evidence. I can speak on TS or Skype when needed or if someone needs me otherwise i just listen and advise or give my opinion. Another weakness is the fact that my keyboard for my computer is pretty bad however i am getting a new computer soon (xD) so i might not always type the right things .

Conclusion: In conclusion i have made so many friends on meep but would like to be helpful to the new people who join this server so that they stay. I also have made friends with a few mods and helper but would like to extend that range so that if anyone needs help they can come to me.

- I haven't seen you too much IG (I probably have though if other people have, I just don't pay attention )
- I haven't really seen you at all on TS
- Getting people to listen to your advice can't be the only reason you should be helper. If that's the only problem, you need to build your own reputation. I'd say for improving your app (assuming this isn't the only time you apply if you don't make it) just tell us more about yourself! Think about applying for a job - you give them previous experience and skills. What experience (in-game or real life) do you have that would qualify you for this position?

i know what you mean but how do i get known as i try to be active in TS and on the forums and i am ingame but when i am mostly on no one else is on ?

 

Talk to people! Ask questions, ask for help, ask if anyone needs help. Be quick to drop what you're doing and msg someone asking about a command or suggestion. Be cracking jokes, telling funny stories and interacting with everyone!.

It doesn't matter if there aren't very many people on - make yourself unforgettable to those people!
Besides, a lot of my best friends are British so obviously it's not just timezones

TS can seem a little daunting at first, especially with a lot of people in one room like this evening. But once you get to know everyone, it's less and less awkward. Think about going to school on the first day! You don't know very many people, it's weird and you might be quiet at first. Think about what you'd do to make friends in real life - people on minecraft are in fact real people, believe it or not, and you make friends with them like anyone else.
