-0.5 I know you worked hard on this app, it's just a little jumbled and scattered around. I would try to keep your app with less personal stories and minecraft philosophy and instead add some ways you are a more worthy person for helper then the average player.

Another negative is your activity: I have NEVER seen you ig. This may be because you mostly play in creative, but that by itself shouldn't make much a difference. You should try playing different gamemodes such as Skyblock and kit pvp or ctf. Many times these areas are not monitored and heck, we have lots of fun conversations that dont exactly go by the rules sometimes.

Im at a -0.5 because I think you have the capability to be a helper or staff. You just need someone to help you through the format and requirements of becoming staff. If you need more help or tips PM myself or PheonixPuppy. Phoenix has experience as staff. And I have some general knowledge over staff applications.

I know I don't have to be part of the staff to make it a better server but I could do More with a staff rank.
