Introduction
Hi, my name is mandud3, I chose my name because I am a fan of a Minecraft player/Youtuber; Kuledud3. Besides Minecraft, I enjoy sports. I do football and volleyball. I enjoy drawing, as well, especially cartoons. I really enjoy reading when I have time.

I started Minecraft back in November 2012. I found this server one day when I was planning to play with a friend. Since the other servers I've played didn't seem too organized. I started playing regularly during weekends and seasonal breaks. I have enjoyed playing in this server for the months that I have been here. I played here for a while now and wanted to help other people on this server especially because some staff may sometimes not seem to have time to answer all the /modreq questions too quickly.

Why
Experience
I have been playing this server for a couple months. I have a good idea of how things work, and how they need to get done. I do not have staff experience, but I have an idea of how it feels to work for the community. I have a feeling that I can help others on this server.

Work Ethic
Sometimes on Meepcraft, I get bored when I don’t have anything to do. Sometimes I just sit and watch the chat, answering questions when I can because it just feels better helping people. I really enjoy helping others, and if given a job I would pursue it to the end and make sure that it gets done. I like playing on Meepcraft but I think that it would open up a whole new realm of possibilities to be able to assist others with mod requests. I often see people asking when they would get their modreqs answered. I couldn't do anything about it because the other staff were seemed to be very busy. Principles are your standard. My standard for working is to give it my best, and finish every task given.

Dedication
I would consider myself very committed to what I do. For example, I like to sell items. Sometimes I'm not able to get many customers, but when I do, I try my best to sell them almost anything they need. Now sometimes, people ask for a certain item that I don't have. But I end up trying my best to get it and find a good deal to give my customer.


Performance
I have seen people get griefed. In fact, I have been griefed myself. I know how it feels. I know how bad it is to be griefed by. I would like to help people through the horrible disaster when they ask. Even if I don't have to.


Weakness
My weakness is being sabotaged. I have a bad habit of trusting people too much. Now I know that trust is good, but sometimes I depend on people to much and they turn on me. What I need to work on is awareness. As a staff member, doing my job in itself would help me get involved with the community. I'm getting pretty good at using /shout and is getting better at Teamspeak because I haven't had it for too long.


Conclusion
I have a lot of experience in this server, and am dedicated to any job that I take on. I do everything I do to the best of my abilities, and with an exceptional execution. I have a good work ethic, and I finish everything I start. I believe I would be a good staff member, and would benefit the server by helping others follow the rules as I do myself.

In my opinion the application was not terrible structure wise.
Gotta get a mike and you say you are in the pacific time zone yet I play a lot and have never seen you.
This being your first post is also a -1. How am I to know you even if I have never Seen you in game I expect to have seen you on the forums. One last thing... You edited your post; that's an auto deny.
