/msgtoggle

Basically like the new /gtoggle command, but you can toggle /msg. If it's off, no one can /msg you. If it's on, people can msg you.
Not much of a 'detailed' explanation. Title really explains it.

 

+1, as long as staff can bypass it. But if it's just one person, they should put in /ignore or something.

This is a replica of /gtoggle. If you want to contact someone in /msg, you /msgtoggle (if it's off).
So say there's an annoying person spamming you in /msg, and he's been doing it and has been temp banned for it and kicked. You can do /msgtoggle, and if they try to spam you, they can't. The message would say something like:
This player has toggled their /msg off. Or something like that.

actually finding them, and talking with local chat?
town or nation chat if you are in the same one?
Well I see your point, but then try to get the staff to add /ignore...

 

Lets wait and see which person uses /ignore on the most people. If it's ever added.

 

I would like /ignore way better then /msgtoggle. /msgtoggle will most often be used to block a single person, but you actually block all persons trying to /msg you. Whith /ignore you can block the person that annoys you.

if a player annoys you and the /msgtoggle they can use any of these ways too.

 

/ignore blocks what messages they send. Local, world, /msg, and global.

 

I see little reason as to why anyone would want to block comments specifically towards them
