    No matter what brand, it is necessary to add
    1 EXTRA DOLLAR TO THE BALANCE OF THE PREPAID CARD.

    If you plan on buying a 10$ rank, load 11 dollars inside the card.
    This happens because PayPal charges you 1$ to determine if your card is real. This will be refunded in a week - month. If a dollar is not added to the card, it will be impossible to make the purchase.

    Well, I don't know if this is accurate but this only occurs when you add it to a paypal account, when buying a rank I believe you can just click "Don't have a account?" or something like that and it won't charge you.. Again, don't know if this is correct!
