My Disappearance On The Server And My Future On This Server

So, Hello everyone! It's been a while! I did not leave the server. I just wanted to inform you that I am OK ( For those of you that care). I have over 185 Mail messages asking where I have been and If I am OK. I just got into sports. I play Football Basketball and Ice Hockey and soon Baseball. Sports makes life very busy. I have to work out everyday for 3.5 hours. I wanted to do this. I probably wont be able to get on much until Spring.

I have come to a decision that I WILL RETURN. Just not anytime soon.

If you all have ANY questions feel free to ask.

3.5 hours? I don't think that is possible for a 14 year old unless your like lifting 2 pounds...
I can understand a 1 hour workout because I do them my self. But 3.5 hours?

 

Running perhaps?

 

I go to the gym run for 30min then do ab workouts for a hour then I do muscle workouts for a hour then I do leg workouts for a hour.
Then I go swimming for like 15-20 minutes.

I'm slowly working towards a very similar activity like yours... Since my school is literally 25 meters from a swimming pool, gym and track...
Do you do them in the morning or afternoon?
