Introduction:
Hi, I am Nerf aka Derek. I have been staff on the server before on the MN times but I didn't care for it much as it was corrupt. I usually like to play minecraft and steam. I am a long-time player of Meepcraft dating all the way back to 2012. I have been here for a long time, have seen the server in it's goods and bad's. I have been through 2 surgery's in my life, have under gone many tests, and many more. I have been through hell and back all from the age of 11 and I believe I have matured off of that experience.

Why:
My experience from being a staff member is very well known. I know all the commands except maybe some HE commands which I can quickly learn and adapt off of it. I will dedicate myself as much as I can to the server, I don't want to see this server go down because of no staff being on and advertisers or hackers. I will help the server to the best of my ability. My involvement with the server would be donating ( I know, doesn't matter) spending time on the server to try and better it, and helping other players when I can. My performance would not be like MN because like I stated above I did not take it seriously during MN as the staff system was corrupt and all the staff that were helpers and mods knew that. I also believe that I would be able to work well with young children because on weekends I mentor "Special needs" kids with soccer and basketball.

Weakness:
Well, I'm not gonna cut the crap on this one like people always trying to think that saying I have no weakness will work, but that is not the truth. When I was 11 I was diagnosed with UC (Ulceritive Colitis) a stomach disease that can lead to many different medicine's and surgery. This disease can weaken a person beyond belief and can make it almost impossible to do some things. Luckily I have had surgery and have overcome almost 100% of that disease. It still effects me to this day, but not very often.

In game activity:
I have been banned multiple times, but I have also helped the server numerous times as from opinions, to helping new staff, to helping new players. I hope you guys can push aside my bans and recognize me as not the one who did bad, but the one who helped the server to get better. I am usually active in /shout as I guess I can be considered a popular player.I have players and staff on Skype even to fuzzlr on Skype. I usually do have constructive things to say on the support section of the forums,but when it comes to the discussion section it is usually a tad different. I am always on Skype to the point were I have it on my phone.

Conclusion:
Well, there's my experience as to why I should become staff. I hope you guys consider it and please push aside my differences with the server from the past along with my bans, I only ask you that. I hope you guys can consider this as to why I should be staff.

I never thought I'd see you apply.
You're very experienced, but I see some drawbacks.

You have a cruddy ban history, I don't see you online much, (and we're in the same timezone( or maybe I'm just not active enough)), and I don't see you helping much.
I'll be honest, whenever I talk with you you seem like a neat guy. Someone I could be friends with.
But you just, I don't think you're ready for Helper yet.

-1, I'm sorry but you are not qualified for staff. You are far too angry, and demanding. I worked with you @ MeepNetworks, and your work ethic was lacking, and your attitude, which lead to a demotion.

This was one major incident involving you, you added people from everywhere when you were an admin on another server, which intent to get help, and potentially advertise it. This happened in MeepCraft, not MeepNetworks.

After this, you went into Teamspeak asking for help, which lead to your long subsequent banning. You were very spiteful, and mean about this in your appeals, demanding an unban because of some particular loophole you tried to find. After this did not work, you asked fuzzlr to buy an unban, which shows you do not value the rule system.


Also on MeepCraft, you were banned because you intentionally scammed someone with an MC code or alt account, I can't remember which. But my point remains the same, you're too conflict orientated, and from my experience, unable to handle simple issues without complete escalation of that issue.

There are going to be some things you simply do not agree with in staff, but I think instead of working past that, with you this will cause the issue to become overblown. Additionally I think you're a prime candidate that once resigned, or demotion, you will proceed to bash on staff after the fact.

 

With the SKYPE CHAT I created it was for a another server yes. No where in the rules of meepcraft it said that inviting other meepcraft players to help on another server was banable. I had scammed someone with a gift code because many others were doing it and I was intrigued by it as the players were not being banned. I have become more mature since MN and have changed. Like I stated above I did not take MN seriously and was demoted by two other staff setting me up.

 

In all honestly, I am not using singular actions to discount you. I am trying to paint a picture with behavior. While this is not MeepNetworks, and actions there pale in comparison to actions here; you weren't demoted by two staff setting you up, it was because of a long line of issues, and many people petitioning for your removal.

Also don't get me wrong, I'm not saying you're a bad person, or a bad kid, you're not.

Through your actions in the past year, you have greatly changed my opinion of you from actions including your sporadic ban history and weird skype chats.

I don't feel you possess the competence or maturity to properly moderate the server currently.

Hello old friend, I think that you do not posses what it takes to be a decent staff member. My reasoning stems from past experience with you. Just had to come online to say this.

 

I remember this too as staff of MeepNetworks for a while.

Pretty sure people have gotten blacklisted for things like this in the past.

Additionally, you would have been a good candidate in the far past, the recent controversial actions has put a bad reputation on you. Once you break a bad reputation, it'll take long for trust.

Maybe. It's. Been awhile. Butyou went on to hare what was thought. Be onis's Facebook page, address, and more, and you werw very hqteful. I'm not gonna argue my own case. I al hve proof of the skypelog on my pc If anyone wants it.

 

Could you please post the proof of me showing his address, facebook, and more? That would help clear most of this up.
