New Command: /heads

Basically, this command would show how many of a player's head exist in the game.
You would type /heads <name>, and a message would appear saying something like "There are <number> of <name>'s heads in existence."

Example:
I would type:
/heads Fuzzlr
And the server would reply:
There are 7 of Fuzzlr's heads in existence

This would be useful for knowing how many of a head are out there, and also for determining the price of a head, as part of a head's price is based on it's rarity.

I don't know much about programming, but I'm pretty sure all You'd have to do is make something to keep track of how many of an object exist using their Item ID. The command would just determine the item ID of the player head you are looking for, then it would search for how many objects with the item ID of the head you are looking for exist, and that's the number of heads in existence.
