New Town Command: /t logs

This could be a helpful command for assistants, co-mayors and mayors to keep track of who is joining the town and who is leaving. It's helpful because i'm trying to keep track in a book and /t logs would help so i can see who left.
Ex.
(players won't actually see stuff like player1; they'll see their actual name)
----==Logs==----
player1 has joined.
player2 has joined.
player2 has left.
player3 has joined.
player1 has been kicked. reason:taxes
player4 has joined.
player5 has joined.
player6 has joined.
player5 has been kicked. reason:mayor has kicked them.
----------------------

Edit: You can do /t logs # for the bigger towns, just like /baltop

 

This can be very helpful if co-mayors take money out of the bank without asking. /t logs can take note on who did what.

A solid idea, and would improve the functionality of Towny.

 

Def a +1, make towny more convenient. Would go well with the other towny additions in suggestions.

 

Would there be a limited amount of time for data to stay on the log? In other words, will the information on the log eventually expire and be deleted to make room for more?

Other than that, this seems like a good idea.

+1, this is a great idea. for one example, I get on meep one day and one of my residents in my town is gone. did he leave? was he kicked? if so, who by? the co mayor? from taxes? yea, I like this idea
