/ping suggestion

As many of you probably know, on some servers you can do /ping and it shows you your official ping!
I would LOVE to see that added Just because some people don't like going through the trouble.
/ping would lead to
You currently have a 45 ping
That of course is left for many open changes, but I feel something like that would work!

 

-1 gives the player another excuse to why they lost

all you have to do is check your connection status to the server by hovering over your green connection bars before you click to join the server. As for finding ping while connected, it doesn't really matter other than your green bars that show when you press tab to give you a decent idea of your current connection.

If the server is down then your connection won't matter lol

 

I just type /ping and wait for the "You do not have access to this command!" message when I think I'm lagging to see how long it takes. heheh. I think it'd be useful to explain what "ping" is in the suggestion itself too, as many people don't know what that is.

Overall I feel this suggestion is a little bit pointless though if it's not a lot of coding/work to be done, then it could be some nice practice for Fuzzlr/Devs and etc.
