Player Head update bug

I'm a Co-Mayor in a town with Josh7800 as mayor. The other day we were killing each other for each others heads. Since then I've changed my skin and my player head hasn't updated to the new skin. The heads used to update by itself automatically. Please fix.

 

We no longer use a playerhead plugin due to how 1.8 Minecraft handles heads natively. Please check if this is similar to skins, requiring a logout and login for your client to register the change.

Yeah it's still happening
After we changed our skins we just killed each other again and got the new heads, but the old skin heads don't do anything, they just stay the same

 

I am almost positive that this is something that we cannot fix due to t being a part of 1.8, but I will look into it.

 

This is an 1.8 feature to help with adventure maps

There has been times where heads turn into Steve heads.
just wondering, but are you having THAT problem?

 

Have you tried logging in and out to see if the skin has updated at all? It might be an issue with your current session and the server lag.
