Why do we need so many helpers?​

 

A lot of them are pretty bad.

 

What are you showing?

 

That we have too many applcations

 

all of those except baby elsa's was denied
People apply cause they wanna be staff

 

It's not like they're all going to be helpers....Only like 1 or 2 will get passed the application process.

Also, those are from Junelawnchair either saying something like "+1 or -1" or "Accepted / Denied" so it's actually just cleaning up that area.

 

We are always looking for more staff to help around the server. While it may not appear this way, there tends to be an abundance of help necessary around the server. Whether that is being involved in modreqs, projects, or forum help, it's present. 2 were accepted for interview today, and that's all it is to start, an interview. We accept those that interest us for interview so that we may get to know them and their intentions better. An interview is not a guarantee.
