Remove the Totem of Undying

The totem is so OP because if you use it in a PVP arena you can't get killed but you can kill the other player you are fighting it's kinda like /heal on level but at least that has a cool down effect as this doesn't so I think it should be removed due to its so OP and yes I have read up on this and don't just bash me on this thread

The Totem of Undying is not overpowered . . .

They can only be obtained from a Woodland Mansion, which is incredibly rare in itself on the server. They don't stack, and exist in very finite amounts. They also only prevent you from dying instantly, not altogether. They are highly underpowered compared to their rarity, considering we allowed gapples for so long until the recipe was removed in 1.9.

Long story short, they are:
-Hard to get
-Only save you from a final blow, and give a minimal regen
-Easy to beat
-Limited in quantity

Ok but I have seen in /warp shop that you can buy one for 100k or 1mil which in the future could be a huge problem with people buying hundreds monthly making pvp very unfair

 

...how quickly do you see some of these people making money?
How often do you even see pvp lol?

 

It's stupid to spend 50k in pvp anyway...

I've never used a totem of undying before, but judging by these posts the totems of undying seem useless. This is a dumber thing than the suggestion where I asked for /dis to be disabled in wild.


+/- I don't see why would anyone waste 100K on an items that provides something worse than what its worth.


I bet you haven't even used a totem of undying, like me.

 

-1 If the concern is pvp balance then I believe you could just suggest that it not be used within the terrarium, but even that suggestion would be up for much debate. It is a rather useful tool if you fall to your death in the wild or something so I believe a complete removal would be a mistake.

I can see your concern however I don't think the totem in any pvp experience would be a common issue anyway and thus I cannot support it.
