It's legit advice. Asking a staff member to spam force TP to them, or telling them to kick you, can fix the bug.

Alternatively, you could install the Minechat app onto a phone or tablet and log in via the app. The app will automatically teleport you to spawn.

No one is forcing you to do anything, there's no reason for you to be hostile. We are offering you solutions to your problem.

You're misunderstanding. If you're getting the fly glitch no matter where you are, going to spawn by doing /spawn should fix the issue, since you warp. That's also why a force tp works.
