skyblock: view upgrade path for island upgrades

It would be nice to see full upgrade tiers for individual upgrades.

For example:

You click on the Generator Boost upgrade. It takes you to a screen where you can see what each tier does and how much it costs (by mousing over it). It becomes enchanted once purchased.

This is similar to what is already in /skills, where if you click on Farming you can see all future farming unlockables and rewards.

Add-ons that aren't necessary but would be welcome:

• Like with /skills, have "UNLOCKED" at the bottom after buying a tier (but please keep information of past upgrades accessible)
• Keep left click for quick buying the upgrade but have right click bring up the tier menu (could cause problems because of misclicks)
• I forgot to mention a back button! An arrow or something that when clicked takes you back to the upgrades menu
