Spawner help

Hello, I just got elite, and I'm just wondering if there are any specific rules about spawners. Just tell me if there are any rules about using spawners pls?

 

You can own hostile mob spawners like skeleton, zombie, spider, and cave spider. The rest you can't own because they're exclusively for Supreme+ or Ultimate. The /help command should be able to tell you what spawners you can own, under Donation Information > What are the ranks and perks? > Elite

I can't tell what question you're asking so
I'll answer both

Witch spawners cannot be owned by elites because they are in the ult shop
Elites can own any naturally spawning (not /spawner'd) spawner including zombie, cave spider, spider, skeleton, and silverfish(those are rare).

You cannot use a spawner on an embassy of a town unless both you AND the mayor are the same rank. Normal plots are fine, however. Also keep in mind some supremes and ults will sell you spawners that have been /spawner'd. Be sure to ask if they've been /spawner'd first before you buy any, otherwise they may not be good for your rank.
