Synchronize /pwarp tax

Almost every time I log into meep and check my balance, I often notice that it has gone down quite a lot, and I never know why.

I propose that, like town tax, /pwarp taxes be dedicated at the same time each day and provide a notification on login of how much was deducted if the player was offline.

If this isn't possible, I would at least like notifications when pwarp taxes are taken as well as the time of the next tax in /pwarp list so I can plan ahead

 

If I remember correctly it says "You have automagically paid your pwarp rent" or something like that, but only if you're online. Or maybe that was a while ago. Idk...

 

I have never seen that ever.. And I own 5 pwarps. It's pretty unlikely that I am so active and yet never see the tax bring deducted

 

I remember @reggles44 being really good with economics, would there be any pros or cons to moving from the current system to having taxes taken at a specific time?

 

+1 Very useful also make /towny time accurate.

 

Maybe change /towny time to /tax time and add /tax info to see how much you will be charged for what
