Take This Chance to Get Rid of Spawner Mining/Attainability

Now that we have overhauled the economy, let's get rid of one of it's largest inherent problems: spawner mining. I am aware that spawner mining doesn't work in Gamma, but that instead players can vote for them. In my opinion, the ability to obtain and place spawners in any form is a terrible idea. Grinders systematically destroy the mob drop economy. Certain mob drops (ie: blazerods) are meant to be uncommon and/ore rare, they aren't commodities. Not to mention that grinders make getting levels and enchantments extremely easy as well. Let's take this opportunity when the server is vulnerable to change to get rid of spawner attainability. This would be a huge leap in terms of the economy, we would be re-instating a piece of it that has been missing for years.

EDIT: Just learned that spawners won't be attainable in Gamma, mods feel free to lock the thread. And thank you for removing this economy-breaking feature!
