Teamspeak

A general question but if in the future I want to become helper is it 100% necessary to have a ts account.
I am a extremely shy person and don't like talking to people, I don't mind typing that is completely different.

 

Yes, teamspeak is required to become a helper, as we do the interviews on there. If you are online on teamspeak regularly it is also a plus, as this is a great way to connect to other players and help them out.
I am a shy person too, but once you get used to it it's a great way to connect with the community. Just try it out and say hi to some people, and you don't have to start in a channel with a lot of people, try starting by talking to a few people at once

in all honesty, when applying for staff the only thing that is required for you to use your mic is interviews. You can use texts in any other time and place.
