Towny Spawn

I suggest that in towny spawn, we divide it into two halves--alpha and beta. On the alpha side, we can use towny commands that pertain to alpha, such as /t spawn, /t kick, /t add, /t withdraw, etc. Likewise we could do the same with beta.


We could also have something similar to towny plots, where when you walk over to one side it tells you that you're crossing over into alpha/beta and tells you your towns.
