/tpa glitch?

    I have a main account called Metr0n0me and an alt called _Metr0n0me_. When I sent a /tpa to someone with Metr0n0me, it somehow rendered it as _Metr0n0me_ sending the /tpa request.

    I have never seen such a glitch... The only thing I can think of, is once I had this glitch, I joined a server, left that server and joined a different server. On the server I had the chat from both servers. The only solution I would think of is to restart MC and log out and back into your minecraft accounts. Which you probably have tried already.

    This is still an issue altogether, someone else changed their name to MuunkeesMum and they've been getting a lot of my messages even though they type in /msg muunkee.
